CRACK is Rafoli’s Steam co-op incremental game about cracking a giant laboratory egg—not a piracy or DRM-bypass tutorial. The safest way to use its cheats is to copy both save locations, disable Steam Cloud for the experiment, and use the built-in console from a disposable test session. Press Ctrl + Shift + ~, enter unlock_commands 741852963, and assume achievements, stats, and leaderboards are disabled until a full restart. Third-party memory trainers are riskier: they can desynchronise co-op and may be captured by an autosave during an egg-layer cinematic. Save editors and hex edits should be avoided entirely.
CRACK launched on Steam on 26 October 2026 for Windows, macOS and Linux. Rafoli describes it as a one-to-four-player game in which you unlock rooms, improve tools and work toward opening a giant egg in a laboratory. The Steam listing includes Steam Cloud, achievements, online co-op, Family Sharing and controller support. That cloud feature is convenient, but it can also copy a damaged local file over a good backup.
This guide covers cheats used inside the legitimate game you own. It does not cover cracked executables, piracy, DRM circumvention or ways to disrupt another player’s lobby. The commands and precautions below reflect launch-week reports from Destructoid, GrindnStrat and 9to5Gaming, plus save-safety guidance from GGWP Academy and trainer notes from vendors. Treat trainer-specific behaviour as a warning rather than an independently measured corruption rate: Rafoli has not published a corruption percentage or an official console manual.

What should I do before using any CRACK cheat?
Make two offline copies before you unlock the console or attach a trainer. Copy the complete folders, not a guessed .sav filename, because the published guides do not identify CRACK’s exact slot names.

A backup in the same folder tree can be overwritten by a cloud sync or a failed restore. - Turn off Steam Cloud temporarily. Open Steam Library, right-click CRACK, choose Properties, open General, and switch the Steam Cloud setting off for this experiment. Do not turn it back on until the test save has loaded successfully after a full restart.
- Use a sacrificial slot or lab. Keep one slot for your main progress, one for testing and one untouched copy. If CRACK offers no visible slot selector, start a throwaway session and do not overwrite the main folder backup.
- Search the current build before experimenting. Launch-week patches can invalidate a trainer. Search for the exact cheat and “corrupt save” for the current date and version rather than relying on an old video.
GGWP Academy’s Tyler Mason calls backups “the real god mode.” The practical reason is simple: saving persists the live world state. If a command or trainer leaves an impossible value in memory, a normal save can write that value permanently.
How do I unlock the built-in CRACK console?
The built-in console is the preferred method because it is part of the game’s own debug surface and does not require downloading an executable. Destructoid, GrindnStrat and 9to5Gaming all document the hidden console; a conflicting trainer FAQ says CRACK has no native commands, but the three independent guides and staff coverage agree that it does.
- Start CRACK and load the test session, preferably solo or as the host of a private lobby.
- Press
Ctrl + Shift + ~. The tilde key is usually below Esc; on some keyboard layouts it may require the key that produces a backtick or tilde. - Type
unlock_commands 741852963and press Enter. - Read the confirmation. Unlocking the command list disables Steam achievements, stats and leaderboards until you fully restart the game.
- Press Tab to autocomplete commands. Press Esc to close the console.
Most commands that alter the world or player state require you to be playing solo or hosting. They may appear to do nothing in somebody else’s lobby. The commands fog and mute_pa reportedly work without the password and do not disable achievements.

Use one command at a time on the test session. Prefer economy or catalog commands if you still want a normal, completable story; event and ending commands can leave progression flags in an unexpected state.

checkpoint is a recovery command, not a cheat. It loads the last checkpoint, which can itself be bad if you saved after a broken command. Keep the offline copy even when a checkpoint appears to work.
Do CRACK console cheats disable achievements?
Yes, unlocking the developer command list disables Steam achievements, stats and leaderboards until a full game restart. GrindnStrat explicitly reports this behaviour. Close CRACK completely and relaunch before expecting those systems to function again.
The two commands reported to work without the unlock password—fog and mute_pa—do not disable achievements. This distinction applies to the built-in console; do not assume a memory trainer has identical rules. XMODHUB claims its memory toggles often leave achievements available if normal cutscene flags still fire, but that is a vendor statement and does not override the console’s explicit warning.

How do I use a command without turning a test into a corrupted save?
After entering a command, play normally for 10–15 minutes. Walk through the laboratory, open menus, let doors and cinematics finish, and watch for missing objects or unusual loading. Then use save if appropriate, quit through the normal menu, relaunch CRACK and reload the test session while Steam Cloud is still disabled.
Only after that reload succeeds should you consider restoring the backup, repeating the experiment, or re-enabling cloud synchronisation. Do not force-quit while the game is writing; GGWP Academy describes an interruption during a write as a direct way to shred a save. If a command changes the world, avoid immediately triggering another event or closing the application during an animation.
Are CRACK memory trainers safer than the console?
No. A trainer is more fragile and exposes you to an untrusted executable, even though it may leave the on-disk file untouched most of the time. Trainers attach to the running process and freeze or multiply values such as money, egg damage, tool speed or game speed. A later autosave can capture those temporary values.
MrAntiFun’s generic guidance places this type of trainer in solo play and warns against multiplayer or competitive modes. CRACK is not advertised as using VAC or Easy Anti-Cheat on its Steam page, but public-lobby desynchronisation is still a practical risk: host and client can disagree about egg progress, physics or inventory. Do not use a trainer in a public lobby, and restart without it before inviting friends.
XMODHUB reports that CRACK’s egg-layer cinematics autosave aggressively. Its warning is to disable currency or damage multipliers when the shell begins to glow and before it fully shatters. Injecting currency during an active cracking animation is also described as a crash-to-desktop risk. These are vendor observations, not an independently measured failure rate, but the safe response is to turn off every freeze before any cinematic or transition.
XMODHUB also reports that a 100× egg-damage multiplier completed a simulated full lobby in its October 2026 test, while 1,000× caused laboratory physics props to clip through the floor. Those figures are not guarantees for your build and are a reason to avoid extreme values rather than a recommendation to use them.
What is the generic trainer installation pattern?
If you accept the risk despite the built-in console, use only a download from the trainer maker’s official distribution thread or site. Do not use random “CRACK trainer.exe” mirrors. Heuristic antivirus alerts are common for memory tools, but that does not make an unknown mirror trustworthy.

- Scan the downloaded file with your antivirus and keep real-time protection enabled. Never follow instructions to disable Windows Defender permanently.
- Launch CRACK and wait at the main menu before starting the trainer. Some tools request Administrator privileges; grant them only when you trust the file and understand why they are required.
- Enable one F-key option at a time. Record which toggle is active so you can turn every freeze off before an egg-layer animation.
- Play only in the disposable session. Save, quit and reload with Steam Cloud off before testing another option.
Common failures include a version mismatch after a patch, missing Visual C++ redistributables, or antivirus quarantine. A failed trainer is not a reason to download several replacements from unverified sites.
Why should I avoid a CRACK save editor or hex edit?
No reputable CRACK save-editor specification or public field map is documented in the available sources. A save editor writes anomalous values directly to disk, after which Steam Cloud can upload them as the newest copy. If a future patch adds sanity checks, that modified save may fail to load.
Do not invent JSON keys, offsets or checksums from another Unity game. GGWP Academy places checksum-skipping editors and outdated trainers in the highest-risk category. If a community repair utility appears later, make a duplicate of the damaged folder first and work only on the duplicate.
Where are CRACK saves stored?
Copy both locations because Unity player data and logs are normally under LocalLow while Steam Cloud maintains a separate userdata copy:

Steam has no universal save directory. Uninstalling a game commonly leaves AppData and userdata files in place, so uninstalling is not a reliable reset. Do not delete either folder until you have a dated offline copy. The Steam app ID for CRACK is 4312190, which is why that number appears in the userdata path.

How do I prevent Steam Cloud from overwriting a good save?
Disable Steam Cloud before the cheat, then verify the test save locally after a full exit and relaunch. Steam synchronises whichever copy it considers newest; a corrupted local save can therefore replace a good remote copy. Checkpoint64 describes this as syncing “whatever is newest,” including a save that has just been corrupted.
If you re-enable cloud too soon, Steam may present a conflict dialog. Choose the known-good dated copy only when you are certain which folder is healthy; otherwise cancel, keep Cloud disabled and restore the offline backup manually. Cloud history is not guaranteed to retain an older version, so treat it as a possible recovery source, not your only backup.

What are the warning signs of a damaged CRACK save?
Stop immediately if a problem appears only on the cheated save. Warning signs include an endless load, a crash tied to one save, a missing thumbnail, vanished items or non-player characters, new stutter, placeholder item names, or a quest door that never opens.
- Close CRACK without allowing another autosave.
- Keep Steam Cloud disabled.
- Restore the USB or other offline copy over both live folders, preserving the same folder names.
- Launch the restored copy and test it before reconnecting cloud synchronisation.
If the last checkpoint is known to be good, checkpoint may help. It can also reload a bad checkpoint if you saved after the corruption, so never discard the manual copy. No established CRACK-specific repair tool is documented in the available material; a permanently unrecoverable incremental save may require starting a new laboratory.
Can I use CRACK cheats in co-op?
Use commands only in solo play or a private session where you are the host and everyone agrees. World-changing commands generally require hosting, and a trainer’s host-side values can desynchronise clients. A public lobby is the wrong place to experiment with money, egg damage, time, tasks or endings.
Before sending invitations, close the trainer, relaunch CRACK and confirm that the normal session loads. This prevents a friend from joining while your process still has frozen values or a modified world state. Cheats are not an online advantage and should never be used to ruin another player’s run.

Try the game’s official launch-week options first. A 28 October Steam news tile announced public lobbies, a pocket that carries a second item, Chill Mode, Offline Mode with a real pause and other fixes. The 29 October tile announced the regular v1.1.0 “We Hear You!” update.
Chill Mode is the lower-pressure choice for a relaxed run. Offline Mode is useful when you want a genuine pause and no network session while learning the laboratory. These modes keep normal save and achievement behaviour and avoid malware, patch mismatch and co-op desync. Because CRACK is in an unusually fast launch-week patch cycle, any trainer tied to the 26 October build can break on 1.1.0 or a later hotfix.

What should a cautious cheat session look like?
Use this condensed procedure every time:
- Back up LocalLow and Steam userdata to a dated folder and an external disk.
- Disable Steam Cloud.
- Start a solo or host test session.
- Unlock the console, or attach one version-matched trainer—never both at once.
- Apply one low-impact change, then play for 10–15 minutes.
- Let menus, room transitions and egg-layer cinematics finish.
- Turn off all trainer freezes before the shell glows or shatters.
- Save normally, quit fully, relaunch and reload.
- Inspect for missing content, crashes, endless loading or progression blocks.
- Only after a clean reload should you re-enable Steam Cloud or repeat the process on another test copy.
For the least risk, stop after step five and keep the test session separate from your main progress. The built-in console is still capable of writing an impossible world state; “built-in” means safer than an external injector, not immune to bad commands.

CRACK’s Steam page reports a 3 GB minimum installation and Windows 10 64-bit support with an Intel i5-6600 or Ryzen 5 1600, 8 GB RAM and GTX 1050 Ti or RX 570-class graphics. Those requirements do not make a trainer safe, and they do not predict whether a save will survive a forced value. For the current game listing and update notices, use the official CRACK Steam page.

Can I unlock CRACK commands and keep achievements in the same session?

What if Steam shows a cloud conflict after I restore my backup?

No. A host can open %USERPROFILE%AppDataLocalLowRafoliCRACKPlayer.log, search for [Keypad], and read a line such as 'PF_Keypad' (keypad_1) code: XXXXXX. This reveals a keypad code from the log; it does not edit the save.
Why did a trainer work yesterday but fail after a CRACK update?
Memory trainers depend on the game’s process layout and value addresses. CRACK’s launch-week updates, including v1.1.0, can change those addresses, causing a version mismatch, crashes or toggles that do nothing.
Can I recover a save after the offline backup is missing?
Possibly, but there is no guaranteed CRACK repair path documented here. Stop saving, check whether Steam still offers an older cloud copy, and try checkpoint only if that checkpoint predates the damage; otherwise a new laboratory may be the only dependable option.
