Use the same application identifiers requested by each exchange form. NSE explains that its exchange tool can display allotment information supplied by the registrar: “Exchange will also provide Allotment information as provided by the registrar to the issue.” That means the exchange page is a verification route, not an independent allotment decision-maker.

GMP is an unofficial, lightly regulated market indication. It is not an NSE or BSE quote, does not represent a promised return, and can change or disappear before listing. The ₹721 figure therefore described sentiment reported on October 21, not an assured opening price or profit.
What actually happened when the shares listed?
NSE’s October 23 quote page confirms the security was listed. Its time-stamped snapshot at 11:17:47 IST showed ₹582.80 against the ₹586 issue price—₹3.20 below the upper issue price at that moment. This is an intraday observation, not a final closing price, so it cannot establish the complete listing-day return or prove whether the earlier GMP estimate translated into a gain.
