I’ve just received my TechRise USB External Stereo Sound Card and it’s not working as I’d hoped.
I’m taking a line feed from my electric piano into the mic input as I want to do multi-track recording with Audacity on my laptop.
It may, of course, be an issue with my keyboard, but all I’m able to record is a buzz/hum.
Also, should the red LED be on or off during normal operation?I assumed this was indicating mic mute but nothing I do seems to turn this LED off.
Thanks
Joe Crook
Before you start connecting your piano into the mic and all that have you tested that the sound card works? Driver installed? Tested with a headset?
