Best Buy lists the Pokémon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box (model 100-10013) for $49.99 in an invitation-only sales event. Anyone can request an invitation, but Best Buy says selection is limited and not guaranteed. If selected, you reportedly have 24 hours to complete the purchase, so app and email alerts matter.
How do I get a Best Buy invite for the Prismatic Evolutions ETB?
Sign in to your Best Buy account, open the exact Prismatic Evolutions ETB product page, and choose Ask for an invite when that control appears. Then enable Best Buy app notifications and email alerts so a selection message is not missed.
- Sign in to Best Buy before requesting access.
- Open the listing for the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box, model 100-10013.
- Select Ask for an invite.
- Allow Best Buy app notifications and check the email address attached to your account.
- If Best Buy selects you, follow the notice to checkout and finish within the stated purchase window.
An invitation is an opportunity to buy, not a promise that you will be selected. PTCG News reported a one-per-order limit and said unsuccessful applicants could remain eligible for a later restock, but that outlet described those details as unofficial rather than confirmed Best Buy policy.

Is the Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions ETB really $49.99 at Best Buy?
Yes. Best Buy’s product page displays a selling price of $49.99. Printed Price describes that amount as the MSRP reference, while Best Buy itself presents it as the listed price; therefore, “at the listed $49.99 price” is the most precise description.

That price applies to Best Buy’s invitation event, not to every listing elsewhere. Retail availability, limits, and the invitation control can change without notice, so check the live Best Buy page before acting.
When was the latest invitation round, and how long do selected buyers have?
The reported October 22, 2026 round opened at 10 a.m. Central Time. ComicBook.com reported that selected customers had 24 hours to complete their purchase and recommended using the Best Buy app to avoid missing the notification. Printed Price reported that the request button appeared again after that round, but Best Buy had not announced the next drawing or sale window.

Should I wait for an invite or buy on the secondary market?
The invite route offers the lowest documented price but no guaranteed allocation. A secondary-market purchase can provide immediate certainty, yet dated coverage reported substantially higher prices and introduces seller and condition considerations.

| Price | $49.99 listed price | $120–$150 reported by ComicBook.com on October 21, 2026; not a live quote |
| Certainty | Selection is limited and not guaranteed | Usually available when a seller has stock, subject to listing accuracy |
| Timing | Requires waiting for a selection and completing checkout within the notice period | Can be purchased immediately if the listing is active |
| Seller risk | Direct retail transaction | Depends on the marketplace seller, return terms, and authenticity protections |
| Sealed condition | Retail-sealed product if fulfilled as described | Inspect photos, seller history, tamper evidence, and the return policy before paying |
The reported aftermarket range is dated, so do not treat it as today’s guaranteed market value. If you choose a marketplace listing, compare the total delivered cost and verify that the box is factory sealed rather than opened, resealed, or missing the Eevee promo.
What should I check if the invite option disappears?
A missing button can mean the event is closed, inventory has been allocated, or Best Buy has temporarily removed the request control. Refresh the product page while signed in, check the app as well as a browser, and confirm that your account’s email and notifications are working. Do not assume that repeatedly refreshing guarantees entry or that a third-party claim of an active round is official.

What does the Best Buy listing mean for collectors?
The listing gives collectors a direct-retail path at $49.99, but the scarce invitation supply shifts the trade-off from price to availability. Those who need the box immediately may value a verified sealed item from a reputable seller more than the chance of obtaining a retail invitation; those who can wait can request an invite without paying the dated aftermarket premium.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can anyone request a Prismatic Evolutions ETB invite from Best Buy?
Best Buy says anyone can ask for an invite, but it also says the product has limited supply and that not everyone will receive one. Requesting access therefore does not reserve a box or guarantee selection.
Does Best Buy charge to request an invitation?
The listing describes an invitation sales event, while the documented purchase price is $49.99. No separate invitation fee is identified in the available listing details; payment is associated with completing checkout if selected.
What happens if I miss the 24-hour purchase window?
The reported terms give selected buyers 24 hours to finish checkout. A missed window may leave the allocation unavailable, so contact Best Buy support for the current status rather than assuming the invite can be reactivated.
Is the Eevee promo card included in every box?
Best Buy’s contents list specifies one full-art foil Eevee promo card in the Elite Trainer Box. Check the sealed packaging and return terms if a marketplace purchase arrives with an opened box or a missing promo.
