Soul’s Offering does not reset daily or weekly. In ARC Raiders Live Update 2.3.0, it is a temporary Project that runs for one 20-day window beginning October 27, 2026. You can contribute materials over multiple raids, but the four stages are completed only once while the Project is live. Most launch-day guides list November 16, 2026 as the end date, while an IGN countdown has shown November 15 because of time-zone and day-counting differences. Use the countdown in your own Projects tab for the exact local closing time. Once the Project closes, leftover materials cannot be donated, unfinished stages cannot be completed, and the exclusive Pilgrim Backpack and Offering Display Table design leave with it.
What is Soul’s Offering in ARC Raiders?
Soul’s Offering is a Halloween-season memorial Project introduced with Embark Studios’ Live Update 2.3.0 on October 27, 2026. It is not a second event called “All Soul’s Offering”; that wording is a common mix-up between the in-game title and the All Souls’ theme. Embark’s patch notes describe Celeste asking Speranza to honor Raiders lost on the surface: “While the four contradas of Toledo can’t agree on much, one thing they all have in common are the losses they’ve suffered topside. As brutal stories from Pendola Pass trickle into the cantinas, Celeste is encouraging members of Speranza to pause and honor the fallen. Remember each fallen Raider for who they were, and the dents they were able to make in ARC’s onslaught. Each offering is unique, but all who pause in reverence share in their Soul’s Offering.”
The official ARC Raiders video summarizes the request as: “While each tribute is unique, every Raider who pauses in reverence shares in the Souls Offering. Answer Celeste’s call and make your contribution.” Mechanically, it is a four-stage Project: three donation stages followed by a rooftop objective.

The best-supported end date is November 16, 2026. The ARC Raiders Wiki, Timesaver, Sportskeeda, Power Up Gaming, Destructoid, GameMS and TheClick all describe a 20-day run from October 27 through November 16. The event page on the community wiki states: “Soul’s Offering is a temporary Project. It runs for 20 days, from October 27, 2026 to November 16, 2026.”

There is a real one-day display conflict. An IGN live widget has shown November 15, with a countdown window beginning October 27. Inclusive calendar counting makes October 27 through November 15 equal 20 calendar dates, while adding 20 full 24-hour periods to October 27 reaches November 16. Different time zones and whether the start day is counted as day one can therefore produce either date in a guide or widget. TheClick documented the discrepancy this way: “An earlier project preview appeared to show 15 November, so check the countdown in your own Projects tab for the precise local closing time.”
Embark’s patch notes do not publish an exact UTC hour. Open the Projects tab, select Soul’s Offering and read the remaining-time counter; that in-game timer is the practical authority for your account and region. Do not rely on a midnight assumption or wait for a final-day reset.
Does Soul’s Offering reset daily or weekly?
No. Soul’s Offering has a hard closing date, not a daily, weekly or rotating reset. The Project screen’s “days left until the project is closed” indicator is a countdown to permanent removal, not a timer that refreshes your donations.
Your stash-based progress persists between raids. You can extract with one or two required trinkets, deposit them later through the Projects interface and continue in another match. You may also contribute to multiple Projects at the same time once Projects are unlocked. This differs from Feats, which use daily challenges and weekly milestones.

Can you redo Soul’s Offering after finishing it?
Embark has not documented a replay, second shrine or reset to stage one after all four stages are complete. Coverage treats Soul’s Offering as a one-time sequential Project with one set of rewards. Previous timed Projects moved to the “Previous” list after their end dates rather than returning as repeatable activities, so you should not plan on farming a second Pilgrim Backpack or another Offering Display Table design.
There is a different meaning of “redo” during the live window: you can and often must run more raids to find missing items. Later-stage trinkets may require several expeditions, but collecting them early is worthwhile. Guides agree that stages must be turned in one after another, while materials for all three donation stages can be gathered in parallel.
How do I unlock and open the Project?
- Reach Raider level 20. Projects unlock permanently at level 20; a lower-level account will not see the event as an active donation screen.
- Open Projects. From the main screen, use the opening tab in the upper-left, or enter the Project view while on the Raider tab.
- Select Soul’s Offering. Choose the event and read the stage tracker and closing countdown.
- Deposit through Projects. Turn-ins go to the Project interface, not to a trader. The Research Bench and Frigate are not prerequisites.
Update 2.3.0 fixed a yellow notification dot that could remain on the Projects tab after checking it. The dot is not proof that a stage is complete; trust the individual stage checklist and reward claim state.

The first three stages require 58 total units across 11 item types: 19 units in stage one, 30 in stage two and nine in stage three. Stage four is an action at a map location, not a fourth material donation.

Keep all four Dead Flowers needed for the Project: one in stage one and three in stage two. If you also want to craft the Offering Display Table, reserve three more Dead Flowers and 30 Sheet Metal for its recipe, for seven Dead Flowers total. The Project awards the table’s design, not a pre-built table; learn and consume the schematic rather than selling it.
Can I farm every stage’s materials at the same time?
Yes. You must submit stages in order, but the game lets you collect items for later stages before earlier stages are turned in. Put event trinkets in your Safe Pocket when possible and extract after finding a rare item instead of risking another building for a marginal gain.

- Dead Flowers: Old World residential and commercial areas, including homesteads around Old Town Pendola Pass, Ruined Homestead Blue Gate and Grandioso Apartments in Buried City.
- Rock Salt: residential kitchens, tables and kitchen drawers.
- Expired Respirator: medical loot; examples include Medical Bay Stella Montis, Hospital Buried City and the Testing Annex on Dam Battlegrounds.
- Railway Lantern: train districts, including Almatera Station and the Cielo Sereno Observatory deposit area on Pendola Pass.
- Advanced ARC Powercell: larger ARC enemies such as Bastions and Bombardiers. Ordinary ARC Powercells do not satisfy the requirement.
- Fancy Plate and Mask Fragment: Epic Old World loot; one reported Mask Fragment location is a two-story house near Santa Maria Houses in Buried City.
- Insulation Roll: Pendola Pass train cars and Storm Huts.
- Fertilizer: the Hydroponic Dome on Dam Battlegrounds, village greenhouses at Blue Gate and wicker baskets.
Five event items added in 2.3.0—Dead Flowers, Rock Salt, Railway Lantern, Fancy Plate and Mask Fragment—cannot be recycled or salvaged. Avoid selling them until the Project and any table-crafting plan are finished.

What can I buy or craft instead of hunting every item?
Several shortages have an in-game shortcut, although coins and blueprints are still required:
- Remote Raider Flare: Shani sells one for 810 coins, so ten cost 8,100 coins. With the blueprint, Utility Station 1 crafting uses two Chemicals and four Rubber Parts per flare.
- Insulation Roll: Refiner 1 crafting uses 14 Fabric, or you can continue looting train cars and Storm Huts.
- Fireworks Box: Shani sells three per day for 6,000 coins each. With the blueprint, Explosives Station 2 crafting uses one Explosive Compound and three Pop Triggers. Firecrackers are not a confirmed substitute for the final objective.
The stage-three Fancy Plates and Mask Fragment have a reported combined sell value of 21,000 coins, so selling them before donating can create a large replacement cost. Other listed item sell values include 640 for Dead Flowers, Rock Salt, Expired Respirators and Advanced ARC Powercells; 200 for ARC Alloy; 3,000 for Railway Lanterns; 270 for Remote Raider Flares; and 1,000 for Fertilizer.

After stage three, take one of the three Fireworks Boxes you received to the Santa Maria Houses rooftop in Old Town, Buried City. It is the same general rooftop used for Celeste’s Digging Up Dirt activity, with a roof hatch leading toward the dead-drop courtyard.
- Enter Santa Maria Houses and reach the rooftop objective area. Bring a Grappling Hook only if your route requires one.
- Place a Fireworks Box on the marked rooftop spot.
- Activate it; placement alone does not count.
- Watch the Projects tracker for confirmation before leaving the map.
- Extract and claim the Pilgrim Backpack cosmetic and Offering Display Table design.
One guide and an IGN objective description mention dealing 300 damage to ARCs in the Santa Maria Houses region before setting off the fireworks. Other guides, the community wiki and GGWTB describe the final stage as firework-only. GGWTB states: “The listed final Soul’s Offering objective does not require 300 ARC damage.” Because the client can display an objective variant, follow the active Honor the Fallen tracker on your screen. Complete the 300-damage task only if it is explicitly listed for your session; do not add it based solely on a guide.

What happens if the Project closes with materials in my stash?
Nothing in your stash is converted into progress after the deadline. Power Up Gaming’s Chris Melnyk wrote: “After this date, players will no longer be able to contribute materials to the project or finish it.” Sportskeeda’s Sankalpa Das similarly reported: “After that, this project and all its rewards will be permanently gone.” Remaining trinkets may still exist as ordinary inventory items, but they no longer complete Soul’s Offering.
The safest schedule is to unlock Projects at level 20, gather all three donation lists in parallel, submit each stage as soon as its materials are secure, and leave enough time for a separate Santa Maria Houses raid. Check the countdown before every extraction during the final days, especially if your local date differs from November 16.
Quick checklist before the deadline
- Confirm Soul’s Offering is visible and your Projects countdown is running.
- Reserve four Dead Flowers for the donations, or seven if crafting the table afterward.
- Do not substitute ordinary ARC Powercells for Advanced ARC Powercells.
- Keep one Stage 3 Fireworks Box; do not spend all three elsewhere.
- Turn in stages in order, while farming later-stage items early.
- Activate the firework on the Santa Maria Houses rooftop and verify the tracker.
- Claim both exclusive rewards before the countdown reaches zero.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Soul’s Offering stay available if I have not reached Raider level 20 yet?
Projects unlock at Raider level 20, so a lower-level Raider cannot begin the event’s donation track. Because the Project has a fixed closing date, leveling up late leaves less time to gather and submit every stage.

It is a Pilgrim Backpack cosmetic. An IGN label calling it a charm conflicts with other event documentation; the charm wording should not be used to identify the reward in your inventory.
Can ordinary Firecrackers trigger the Santa Maria Houses objective?
No reliable source confirms Firecrackers as a substitute. Use a Fireworks Box from stage three, Shani or the Explosives Station 2 recipe, then activate it on the marked rooftop location.
Why does the Projects tab still show a yellow dot after I checked Soul’s Offering?
Live Update 2.3.0 addressed a notification-dot issue that could leave the marker visible. The dot is only a notification indicator; open the Project and verify the stage checklist and completion text instead.
