Start with resources and coverage, not a Secret summon. In Anime Galaxies | UPDATE 0, redeem the lobby Fountain codes, put an economy unit such as Spedwag and an air-capable unit such as Foji on a five-slot team, then clear Normal Story for first-clear Gems. Cash from defeated enemies pays for upgrades during a match; Traits, Evolution and Stat Tokens improve units between matches. A Mythic is helpful but not required to begin Story. This guide covers the Champions TD Roblox experience at Place ID 83869074416117, not similarly named Roblox games.
What is Anime Galaxies?
Anime Galaxies | UPDATE 0 is a free-to-play Roblox anime tower-defense game from Champions TD. Enemies follow a highlighted route, you place champions as towers, and each defeated enemy or completed wave pays Cash for in-match upgrades. Clearing a stage also awards longer-term resources such as Gems, Trait Crystals and other materials.
The Roblox listing describes a loop of rotating summon banners, Mythic, Secret and Shiny units, traits, stat rerolls, evolutions, leveling, Nightmare mode and timed challenges. It is available on desktop, console, mobile and tablet. The public release window was around 14 October 2026, while Update 0 guides appeared later that month; those dates are community listing windows rather than a formal patch history.

- Redeem codes at the Codes Fountain. Walk to the Fountain in the lobby, near Challenges and left of Summon. Paste each case-sensitive code there; the Roblox website redemption page is not the in-game box.

- Save permanent upgrades for keepers. Do not spend a Mythic crystal track, rare stat lock or evolution material on a filler you expect to replace.
Your opening objective is enough income and coverage to earn stage rewards. It is not a Secret unit.
How do five unit slots work?
Role coverage matters more than the color of a unit’s rarity label. The following structure is a practical starting point rather than a mandatory tier list.

Which beginner units are worth keeping?
Spedwag is the unusual Epic that belongs in serious progression teams because his farm income accelerates every later placement and upgrade. Update 0 adds automatic farm selling on the last wave; keep enough combat power on the field while investing in him.
Foji is a Legendary bridge unit: he attacks both air and ground and has Gravity Press, a 60% Slow for three seconds with a maximum trigger once every six seconds. That combination can cover flying waves until a Mythic or Secret hybrid arrives.
Roger (Pirate King) is a Secret support and damage option. Pro Game Guides reports a 2.5-second stun on a 12-second trigger cooldown, shield bypass, a 150% damage follow-up every fifth attack that splashes within 6 studs, and a Captain of the Seas aura that gives units in range 10% damage. Overlapping Roger auras do not stack.
Goju (Six Eyes) is a strong ground carry, not air cover. His Infinite Distance effect deals 6% of his damage each second to enemies inside the inner 40% of his range, and Reversal Burst adds an 80% follow-up every fourth attack with a 6-stud splash. Keep Foji, Jiren or another hybrid beside him.

Which units are fillers rather than long-term projects?
Gen, Kitzaru, Natzo and Kizua are useful Legendary progression fillers. Gowko (the starter, not Ultra Gowko), Itodoki, Hippo and Vegira are early combat Epics. San-G, Zorto, Soskee and Sakoora are Rares to replace when stronger options arrive. Do not confuse starter Gowko with the separate Update 0 Secret, Ultra Gowko.
Suggested team ladders
- Early: Spedwag, Foji, your strongest Legendary damage unit and two fillers. Community recaps report early Story clears with Legendary-heavy teams.
- Mid: Spedwag, Foji, Megomu and a scaling Mythic such as Ishgo, with the fifth slot matched to the map.
- Late: Spedwag, Roger, Sokonu and Goju or Stork, while retaining a hybrid if Goju is your ground-only carry.
Earth, fire, light and water filters, plus universe bonuses for groups such as Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece, Bleach and Naruto, are secondary. Never remove your only air unit merely to force a same-universe lineup.
How do I place units and upgrade them during a match?
Every defeated enemy gives Cash and a completed wave gives a larger payout. Placement and Cash timing are therefore the two core combat skills.

Set farms first for most Story maps so Spedwag is deployed before your main carry. Place farms toward the back if leaks are reaching the base, or move combat units forward when the route gives them more attack time. The exact safe position depends on the map’s path and unit range.
Choose Spread or Focus upgrades
- Spread: levels every affordable unit evenly. Use it when air and ground threats need separate coverage or when several attackers contribute similar damage.
- Focus: puts Cash into one carry. Use it when a single unit supplies most of your damage and can hold the route by itself.
Placement count controls how many copies of a unit you deploy within its limit. Community recaps specifically allow multiple Spedwag placements, but the live unit panel is authoritative for each unit.
Turn on automation only after a watched run
Auto-play can automate supported deployment and upgrades, but it follows your team and settings; it cannot repair a bad composition. Watch one manual run first, then use free 2x speed. Enable auto-start and auto-skip only after the defense reliably survives each wave. If a run fails, change one setting—placement, upgrade priority or team—so you can identify the cause.
Basic controls reported for the game are WASD to move, Spacebar to jump and E to interact, with the mouse used for the interface.

What is the best progression path?
Progress through content in the order that pays for the next bottleneck rather than repeatedly attempting a mode you cannot clear.

Story first-clears are the safest investment. A completed map that supplies Gems is more useful than a failed Nightmare or Endless attempt. Once Story is comfortable, Nightmare is generally the farming choice for coins and Traits, Challenges supply timed materials, and Raids or Endless become endgame goals.
How do summons and Gems work?
Spend Gems on the rotating banner after your free code rewards arrive. Banners are the main route to Mythic, Secret and Shiny units; other routes include battle-pass rewards, stage drops, Event Capsules and some Raid or Endless rewards.
Community recaps list a ten-pull at 380 Gems, or 304 with a reported VIP 20% discount. That price is marked unverified until it matches the live shop. Banner rates and rate-up names also change, so read the current banner interface rather than treating an old table as permanent.
New players can obtain Gems from first clears, quests and codes, but high-rarity pulls can still require many summons. Do not spend all Gems before you have a functioning economy and air answer.
How do Traits work, and how many Trait Crystals does a Mythic Trait take?
Traits are milestone choices, not a random reroll at each threshold. Trait Crystals fill a unit’s meter; when a threshold is reached, the game presents choices from the available rarity. Crystals come from stage clears and battle-pass levels.

The Mythic gate is therefore reported as either 400 or 500. Community wikis mark the conflict as unverified. Open the live Trait interface before spending; it outranks either article. The same caution applies to Trait rarity labels: Sportskeeda lists Bounty Hunter and Wraith as Mythic, while ofzenandcomputing lists them as Legendary.

Which Trait should a beginner choose?
- Galactic suits a single placed carry: its huge damage increase comes with a one-placement cap.
- Chosen suits units you place more than once; Spedwag is the usual example when it appears in the available bucket.
- Bounty Hunter is most valuable on Spedwag or another farm unit because its earn bonus is restricted to farms.
- Enraged is a straightforward damage choice for a keeper; Dedicated is an alternative when basic-attack frequency is the priority.
- Perceptive is an XP stepping stone rather than a final combat trait.
Do not start a Mythic crystal track on Gen, Kitzaru, Natzo, Kizua, Vegira or another temporary filler. One published caveat says cooldown-reduction Traits do not shorten separate fixed “every N seconds” passive timers, so inspect the unit’s live ability text before assuming a passive trigger will accelerate.

How do Evolution and DNA work?
Evolution is available only to selected units and unlocks additional passives. Preview the complete recipe before buying any ingredient: crafting can require catalysts, Elemental Essences and a substantial coin investment.

Challenges are also described as an Elemental Essence source. A roughly 100,000-coin evolution sink appears in beginner recaps but is not verified. Keep coins for a full recipe rather than emptying the shop on DNA while a required catalyst or essence is missing.
Some Update 0 routes are provisional: Freezo is reported through Namek Portals from Infinite on any map, with a later pity addition; Demon King/Muzan through an Invitation item obtained via Endless; and Ultra Gowko as a Secret with confirmed air-and-ground targeting. The INVITED code is reported to grant a level-100 Muzan Invitation used to receive Muzan.
What do Stat Tokens and Stat Locks do?
At the Stat Station, Stat Tokens reroll a unit’s spread, with damage, cooldown and range shown in community footage. A Stat Lock freezes a selected stat while the other values reroll. Perfect Atom appears as another enhancement resource in footage. Save locks and scarce enhancers for units you will keep, and read the live station’s lock behavior before confirming a spend.

How do I redeem a code?
- Join the correct Anime Galaxies place and enter the lobby.
- Walk to the Codes Fountain near Challenges, left of Summon.
- Paste one code exactly, including capitalization, and submit it.
- Check the HUD and inventory for the reward before trying the next code.
Each code is normally once per account. A rejection can mean expiration or a level lock, not a typing error. Discord chat is not the redemption box; use the in-game Fountain. Discord invite links disagree across community pages, so use the Champions TD Roblox group listing or the game’s own Discord button when it is present rather than trusting a copied invite.

Why did a cooldown Trait not speed up my passive?
Cooldown reduction may affect ordinary attacks or listed cooldowns without changing a separate fixed trigger such as “every fifth attack” or “once every 12 seconds.” Check the unit’s current ability wording and the Trait picker before committing scarce crystals.
