Treat a control as reliable only when it appears in a sequel-specific source: an official manual, an on-screen prompt in a released build, a Creative Assembly demonstration, or platform documentation that explicitly describes the sequel. Use architecture as a guide
Corridors, bulkheads, rails, and doorframes naturally create leading lines. Place the focal point where those lines converge, or use a doorway to create a frame within the frame. This approach remains useful whether the eventual Photo Mode camera is fixed, orbiting, or freely movable.
Work with the available light
Alien: Isolation’s visual language relies on darkness, emergency illumination, and sharp pools of light. Look for separation between the subject and its background instead of assuming that a future lighting control will rescue a flat scene. A light behind a character can make a silhouette readable; a small side light can reveal texture without removing the mood.
Capture a wide and a tight version

How do I hide the HUD in Alien: Isolation 2?
