Xiaomi’s 2025 global campaign introduced a product family rather than one device: the Xiaomi 15 smartphone, Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Xiaomi Pad 7, Pad 7 Pro and the optional Pad 7/Pad 7 Pro Focus Keyboard. The base Xiaomi 15’s published headline specifications include a Snapdragon 8 Elite platform, a 5,240mAh typical battery, 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Tablet specifications, prices and stock depend on the country and model configuration.
What was announced?
The campaign grouped five products and accessories:

What are the Xiaomi 15 specifications?
Performance platform
Xiaomi lists Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform for the Xiaomi 15. That identifies the phone’s advertised chipset platform, but it does not establish identical memory, storage or radio configurations in every market.
Battery and charging
The global product page lists a 5,240mAh typical battery, 90W wired HyperCharge and 50W wireless HyperCharge. Reaching the advertised 90W wired mode requires a Xiaomi 90W wired charger. The 50W wireless mode requires a Xiaomi wireless charging set rated at equal or higher power, and Xiaomi says wireless chargers are sold separately.

Xiaomi labels battery and performance figures as internal-lab data. Actual runtime, temperatures and charging time can change with software, network conditions, usage and accessories.
Display claims
Xiaomi states that the display can reach up to 3,200 nits of ultra-peak brightness across 25% of the screen area and supports a maximum 120Hz refresh rate. The company notes that refresh rate varies with the interface and game image quality. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results.

What is different about the Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro?
The campaign confirms two tablet models but does not provide enough accessible, matched regional data for a reliable specification table. Do not infer differences in chipset, screen, cameras, battery, memory, storage, charging or price from the “Pro” name alone.

Does the Xiaomi Pad 7 keyboard work with the Pad 7 Pro?
Yes. Xiaomi says the Pad 7/Pad 7 Pro Focus Keyboard is compatible with all Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro models. It is an optional, separately sold accessory, and Xiaomi warns that availability differs by region. Confirm the exact model and local listing before ordering.
How Xiaomi’s cross-device camera feature works
Xiaomi’s combined-camera functionality is limited to supported devices and applications rather than being a universal camera mode. The campaign identifies Google Meet and Instagram as supported apps in the stated feature set.

Required conditions include:
- HyperOS 2 on the relevant devices
- Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled
- The same Xiaomi Account signed in on each device
- Xiaomi Interconnectivity enabled
- Supported hardware, software and applications
AI functions vary by region and language. Some editing tools also require updated system software, Gallery Editor and an internet connection. A feature shown in Xiaomi’s campaign therefore may not appear on every Pad 7, Pad 7 Pro or Xiaomi 15 sold worldwide.

The campaign was a 2025 global announcement, but “global” did not mean simultaneous sales in every country. Storage and RAM options, bundled chargers, accessory availability, software functions, prices and retailer stock are market-specific. Check your local Xiaomi store or an authorised retailer for current listings rather than relying on the campaign date.

Xiaomi later reported additional products in the wider family: the Xiaomi 15S Pro and Pad 7 Ultra launched in mainland China in May 2025, followed by the Pad 7S Pro 12.5 in June 2025. Those are later products and are not part of the original global Xiaomi 15, Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro lineup described here.
What Xiaomi’s company-wide figures do—and do not—show
Xiaomi’s 2025 Interim Report, citing Canalys, reported a 14.4% global smartphone shipment share in the first half of 2025 and a top-three ranking for 20 consecutive quarters. It also reported 48.9% year-over-year growth in Xiaomi’s global tablet shipments during that period. These are company- and category-level figures, not sales or market-share measurements for the Xiaomi 15, Pad 7 or Pad 7 Pro specifically.
