Yes—the Xbox Nano Controller is officially listed for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10 and 11, Android, and iOS. Xbox consoles connect through Xbox Wireless. Windows PCs, tablets and mobile devices use Bluetooth when the device and operating-system version are compatible. Microsoft also lists limited support for compatible Smart TVs.
The important purchase details are easy to miss: the controller has an internal rechargeable battery, but Microsoft says the USB-C charging cable is sold separately. Mobile and Smart TV support is conditional, and Microsoft does not publish a battery-life figure for this model.
Xbox Nano Controller compatibility at a glance
| Platform | Official support | Connection and important caveat |
|---|---|---|
| Xbox Series X|S | Yes | Xbox Wireless. Button mapping is supported in the Xbox Accessories app. |
| Xbox One | Yes | Xbox Wireless. Button mapping is supported in the Xbox Accessories app. |
| Windows 10 and 11 | Yes | Bluetooth for normal use. The Xbox Accessories app supports the controller, but Microsoft requires a compatible USB-C cable for the Windows app connection. |
| Android | Yes, on compatible devices | Bluetooth. Microsoft limits support to selected devices and operating-system versions, and some functions may not work. |
| iOS | Yes, on compatible devices | Bluetooth. Device and iOS-version compatibility determines whether all functions are available. |
| Compatible Smart TVs | Limited and conditional | Xbox lists Bluetooth support for compatible Smart TVs. Xbox Wire specifically documents Samsung Gaming Hub cloud play only for supported devices and selected regions. |
Microsoft describes the controller as “Great for smaller hands.” That physical positioning is separate from electronic compatibility: a supported platform can still require a compatible operating-system version, Bluetooth implementation or USB-C connection for particular features.

Xbox Series X and Series S are officially supported. The console uses Xbox Wireless rather than Bluetooth for the controller connection. That means you should pair it through the console’s standard Xbox Wireless process, not through the console’s Bluetooth settings.

- 【Strong Adsorption】The inspiration of the silicone phone suction case comes from the adhesive force of the octopus. Each suction cup phone mount is 3.15 inches long and 2.17 inches wide, with 24 independent suction cups providing a stronger and more stable suction force, so you don't have to worry about your phone falling during use.
- 【Back of Phone Suction Grip】Remove the adhesive film on the phone suction cup and stick it on the phone case. You can then fix the phone on any smooth surface, which is very convenient. (The phone suction cup cannot be removed and reused after being attached to the phone case. It is recommended to attach it to a regular phone case, not a valuable one.)
- 【Widely Used】Our non-slip silicone phone sticky grip mount attaches to almost any flat phone case and make it compatible with common mobile phones such as iPhone and Android. You can shoot, watch videos or video calls in the kitchen, gym, dance studio, bathroom and other places.
- 【Capture the Wonderful Picture】Whether you are a TikTok creator or just like to share videos and photos, this phone suction cup can help you hands-free capture wonderful videos and photos for sharing with friends.
- 【Note】You can fix the phone suction cup on a smooth surface such as a mirror or glass. If necessary, wipe the suction cup with a damp cloth to obtain stronger suction. Before releasing your hand, make sure the phone is firmly fixed. (Not applicable to rough walls, wooden surfaces, and other uneven surfaces)
Pairing with a Series console
- Turn on the Xbox Series X or Series S and the Nano Controller.
- Start the controller’s Xbox Wireless pairing procedure, following the controls supplied with the controller.
- Start the console’s normal wireless-controller pairing process.
- Wait for the controller to appear as connected before launching a game.
Once paired, the controller can be used for supported games and console navigation in the same way as other compatible Xbox Wireless controllers. The Xbox Accessories app on Xbox Series X|S can also be used for button mapping.
Button mapping on Xbox
If you need a different control layout, open the Xbox Accessories app on the console, select the Nano Controller and create or edit a configuration. Microsoft lists button-mapping support on both Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The app is the relevant route for remapping; ordinary game settings remain controlled by each individual game.
Using the Nano Controller with Xbox One
Xbox One is also on Microsoft’s official compatibility list. It connects through Xbox Wireless, so the console pairing method is different from the Bluetooth procedure used by a phone, tablet or PC.

If the controller does not connect, first repeat the console’s wireless-pairing process, then check whether another controller is already occupying the pairing state. A successful connection should be confirmed in the console’s controller or accessories area before you troubleshoot an individual game.

- HIGH-QUALITY AUDIO — The speakers inside EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.
- BUILT-IN REMOTE — EarPods with USB-C plug also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- COMPATIBILITY — Works with all devices that have a USB-C port.
- INTEGRATED MICROPHONE — A built-in microphone precisely captures your voice while you’re on the phone, taking a FaceTime call, or summoning Siri — so you’re always heard loud and clear.
Using the Nano Controller with Windows 10 or Windows 11
Microsoft lists Windows 10 and Windows 11 support. For ordinary wireless play, the connection is Bluetooth, provided the PC has compatible Bluetooth hardware and the operating system recognizes the controller.
Bluetooth setup on a Windows PC
- Open Windows Settings and go to the Bluetooth device section.
- Turn Bluetooth on and choose the option to add a new device.
- Put the Nano Controller into its Bluetooth pairing mode using the controller’s pairing control.
- Select the controller when it appears in Windows’ device list.
- Wait for Windows to report that the controller is connected, then test it in a game or controller settings screen.
The exact wording of the Settings screen can vary between Windows 10 and Windows 11 updates, but the process is the same: enable Bluetooth, add a device, select the controller and confirm the connection.
Using Xbox Accessories on Windows
The Xbox Accessories app supports the Nano Controller on Windows 10 and Windows 11 for button mapping. Microsoft specifically notes that the Windows app requires a compatible USB-C cable. Bluetooth alone may be sufficient for gameplay, but it is not the connection Microsoft specifies for using the Windows app with this controller.

- Connect the controller to the PC with a compatible USB-C cable.
- Open the Xbox Accessories app in Windows.
- Select the connected Nano Controller.
- Choose the configuration or button-mapping controls and save the layout.
Because the cable is sold separately, include a compatible USB-C data-and-charging cable in your setup budget. A cable that only supplies power may not provide the data connection required by the Windows app.

Windows troubleshooting
- It does not appear in Bluetooth: turn the controller off and restart pairing mode, then remove an old controller entry from Windows and try again.
- Bluetooth works but Xbox Accessories does not: connect the controller with a compatible USB-C cable, since Microsoft specifies a cable for the Windows app connection.
- Buttons work incorrectly: check the active configuration in Xbox Accessories and then check the game’s own controller mapping.
- Connection drops: charge the internal battery, move closer to the PC and temporarily disconnect other Bluetooth devices to identify interference.
Using the Nano Controller with Android
Android is officially supported on compatible devices. The wireless connection is Bluetooth, not Xbox Wireless. Microsoft cautions that support depends on the device and operating-system version, and that some functionality may be unsupported.
Android pairing procedure
- Open the phone or tablet’s Bluetooth settings.
- Enable Bluetooth and choose the command to pair a new device.
- Put the Nano Controller into Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Select the controller from the available-device list.
- Open a game that supports external controllers and verify the buttons before starting a longer session.
“Android compatible” is therefore not a promise that every Android phone, tablet or game will expose every controller feature. Differences in Android versions, manufacturer software and game support can affect vibration, menu controls, button labels or other functions.
Using the Nano Controller with iPhone and other iOS devices
Microsoft lists iOS support for compatible devices. Pairing uses Bluetooth in the same general way as Android: open the device’s Bluetooth settings, place the controller in pairing mode and select it from the list.
Microsoft’s qualification matters here. Compatibility varies by device and operating-system version, and some functionality may not be supported. If a game does not respond after pairing, check whether that particular game supports external controllers and whether iOS identifies the Nano Controller as connected in Bluetooth settings.

Smart TV and cloud-gaming compatibility
Smart TV support is not universal. Xbox lists compatible Smart TVs as a conditional Bluetooth category rather than promising support for every television. The TV must support the relevant Bluetooth controller profile, and the cloud-gaming service or app must also support a controller.
Xbox Wire documents cloud play through Samsung Gaming Hub only for supported devices and selected regions. It also mentions a limited Game Pass Ultimate promotion. Those details do not turn the Nano Controller into a universally compatible TV remote or guarantee that cloud gaming is available in your country. Check the TV model, region and service eligibility before buying for this use.
What to verify before using a TV
- Whether the television model is one of the compatible Smart TVs listed by Xbox.
- Whether Bluetooth controller input is enabled in the TV’s settings.
- Whether the cloud-gaming app is available in your region.
- Whether your account and subscription meet the service’s requirements.
Charging, battery and the USB-C cable
The Nano Controller has an internal rechargeable battery. Microsoft’s store listing says a USB-C cable is required for charging and is sold separately. The cable is therefore not an optional convenience if you buy the controller without an existing compatible cable.

For console play, charge the controller with a compatible USB-C cable before pairing. On Windows, use a compatible USB-C cable when the Xbox Accessories app needs to connect to the controller. For phones and tablets, Bluetooth gameplay is wireless, but the internal battery still has to be charged separately.
What is known about release and availability
Xbox Wire announced the product on October 14, 2026. Windows Central reported a November 2026 release window covering Xbox consoles, Windows PC, iOS, Android and selected Smart TVs. That is a window, not a guaranteed worldwide on-sale date.
Microsoft cautions that price and availability can vary by retailer. Regional stock, launch timing and listed prices may therefore differ. If you are purchasing near launch, verify the current listing for your country rather than relying on a price or delivery date shown elsewhere.
Compatibility checklist before you buy
- Console owner: confirm whether you have Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One; both use Xbox Wireless and support Xbox Accessories button mapping.
- Windows user: confirm Windows 10 or 11, working Bluetooth and access to a compatible USB-C data cable for the Xbox Accessories app.
- Android or iOS user: check your device and operating-system version because Microsoft limits mobile support to compatible combinations.
- Smart TV buyer: verify the exact TV model, cloud-gaming app, region and account eligibility.
- Charging plan: buy or reuse a compatible USB-C cable because Microsoft says one is sold separately.
- Ergonomics: the product is positioned as being suitable for smaller hands, but hand size and reach are personal; compatibility specifications do not predict comfort.
How to compare it with another compact controller
If you are choosing between small gamepads, compare the features that affect your actual setup rather than relying on the word “compact.” Use these criteria:
| Comparison point | Questions to ask |
|---|---|
| Console coverage | Does it support Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, or only one console generation? |
| PC support | Does Windows use Bluetooth, USB, or a proprietary wireless adapter? |
| Mobile support | Which Android and iOS devices and operating-system versions are supported? |
| Remapping | Is button mapping available through Xbox Accessories on your platform? |
| Charging | Is the battery rechargeable, and is the USB-C cable included? |
| TV and cloud play | Does the exact Smart TV and region support the intended cloud-gaming service? |
| Ergonomics | Do the dimensions, stick placement and trigger reach suit the intended player? |
For the Nano Controller specifically, official sources establish platform support, connection types, remapping availability and the separate-cable requirement. They do not establish an independent battery-life result or a universal Smart TV guarantee.
