Is Quordle harder than Wordle?
There is no verified head-to-head measurement here showing that Quordle takes longer or is objectively harder. Its four simultaneous boards create more clues to manage than Wordle’s single-answer format, so it may feel more demanding if you prefer to focus on one puzzle at a time. If you enjoy juggling several lines of deduction, that same format may be the appeal.

Can you play Wordle with a group offline?
Yes. Hasbro and New York Times Games announced Wordle: The Party Game in July 2022. Its rulebook describes a host, group scoring, dry-erase boards, shields, and a secret-word board, along with team and timed variations. It is a separate physical party game, not a tabletop edition of Quordle.
Who owns Wordle and Quordle?
Hasbro’s account of Wordle’s history says The New York Times Company acquired Wordle in early 2022. Merriam-Webster acquired Quordle in 2023, as reported by TechCrunch and Global News.
