A MONOPOLY GO dice link may fail because it has expired, has already been claimed, was disabled, is unavailable to your account, or did not open in the right app context. Try the device, account, and app checks below; if the game still rejects a link that should be available, contact Scopely Support in the game.
Why a MONOPOLY GO dice link may not work
The independent MOGO Wiki support guide, updated June 2, 2026, lists several possible causes. A failed click alone does not show that your phone or the game is broken.
- The link expired or was disabled. A link may no longer offer a reward.
- You already claimed it. The reward may have been redeemed previously.
- Your account is not eligible. Reward links may not be available to every player or account.
- The link opened in the wrong app or browser context. It may not have reached MONOPOLY GO on the device and account you use to play.
- A temporary app issue interrupted the handoff. Closing and reopening the game is a reasonable check for this possibility.
Scopely’s MONOPOLY GO page identifies it as a mobile game, and its support directory provides the official support route. The specific failure causes above come from the independent guide, rather than a Scopely troubleshooting page.
How to troubleshoot a dice link
- Install MONOPOLY GO! on the device you are using. A link is easiest to hand off to the game when the game is installed on that device.
- Open the link on your play device. If you received it on a computer or another phone, move it to the device where you play and open it there.
- Check the signed-in account. Confirm the game is using the account where you expect the reward.
- Close and reopen the game, then retry the link. This may help if the app handoff or game session encountered a temporary issue. It cannot restore a link that expired, was already claimed, was disabled, or is unavailable to your account.
- Contact Scopely Support in the game if the problem remains. Explain what happened and that the reward link was not redeemed. Support is the appropriate place to ask about an account-specific issue.
What troubleshooting can—and cannot—fix
Device, account, and restart checks can address a wrong destination, an unexpected sign-in, or a temporary app problem. They do not change the link’s status or make an account eligible. The MOGO Wiki guide says it cannot extend an expired link or manually grant its reward; do not assume support can reactivate a link or issue dice.

PC Gamer reported in June 2026 that players must reach Level 15 to redeem dice links and that each link can be claimed once. Those details are secondary reporting; the Scopely pages cited here do not confirm them. If eligibility is the issue, check the game’s current instructions or ask Scopely Support rather than treating those rules as official confirmation.
Use the official support route for unresolved issues
For a link that still fails after the app and account checks, contact Scopely Support through MONOPOLY GO. Include a concise description of the problem and, if available, the link or a screenshot of the error so support can assess the specific case. Avoid dice generators, hacks, paid dice sellers, VPN workarounds, and system-cleaner apps. None is supported as a remedy for a failed reward link; the relevant checks concern the game, link, and account.
