Google’s official threshold table reviewed in 2026 does not list an INR threshold, so it does not confirm a specific rupee amount for creators in India. Check the threshold displayed in your own AdSense for YouTube account.
How the payout threshold applies to live-stream earnings
Revenue from eligible YouTube monetization features is handled through YouTube’s payment process, not a separate live-stream payout system. That includes features such as Super Chat and Super Stickers, which let viewers pay to highlight messages or animated images in live chat. Whether a creator can use a particular monetization feature depends on its eligibility requirements; not every channel or live stream earns every type of revenue.
The threshold is determined by the reporting currency in the creator’s AdSense for YouTube account. Google’s official threshold table reviewed in 2026 lists thresholds for multiple currencies but has no INR entry. Consequently, the table does not establish a definitive current rupee payout threshold for India. The USD figures below are the figures Google lists for USD accounts, not amounts to convert or apply automatically to an INR account.
Thresholds are different from payment setup milestones
Google lists separate thresholds for different account actions. Reaching a verification or payment-method selection threshold does not mean a payout is due; the payment threshold is the relevant minimum for issuing payment.

These are USD thresholds in Google’s official table reviewed in 2026. Because that table does not include INR, the figures should not be treated as confirmed rupee thresholds for Indian accounts.
What is known about an INR threshold?
A Google AdSense Community reply dated 6 April 2022 says the Indian-rupee threshold is equivalent to USD 100. That is a dated community response, not current official confirmation; Google’s community pages caution that community content may not be verified or up to date. Treat it as historical guidance rather than a guaranteed current INR amount.
For the amount applicable to you, sign in to AdSense for YouTube and check the Payments area for your account’s reporting currency and payment threshold. That account-specific value is more relevant than applying a USD figure or an older community answer to an INR account.
When YouTube finalizes and sends payment
Meeting the threshold is necessary but not sufficient. You must also have no payment holds, and payment information and other relevant requirements must be in order. Google’s YouTube payment guidance describes this monthly sequence:

- Generally between the 21st and 26th: payment is issued. If the 21st falls on a weekend or public holiday, it may be issued on the next working day.
- After issue: allow up to seven working days for a bank transfer to complete.
Payment issue and money arriving in your bank are separate events: the dates above describe Google’s payment process, while the bank-transfer period begins after issue.
