Wegmans is scheduled to open its first Charlotte store at 9 a.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 11550 North Community House Road in Ballantyne. A September 29 report says overnight tailgating will begin in the store’s parking lot on October 13, but Wegmans’ official opening information does not confirm event rules or arrival arrangements.
