Is Watch Dogs: Legion getting a Director’s Cut?
It is reported, but not confirmed. Insider Gaming’s October 5, 2026 report says Ubisoft is planning a Watch Dogs: Legion Director’s Cut for the first half of 2027. A follow-up published by PlayStation LifeStyle on October 7 attributes the claim to Insider Gaming and says there are no details about what the edition would include.

The original game’s “Play as Anyone” premise lets players recruit people they encounter in the city and use them as playable DedSec operatives. Ubisoft’s E3 announcement described recruits as having their own schedules, backstories, and skills.
