The report does not establish that a return, refund, or replacement is currently guaranteed.
Which Walmart products were named?
The list below reflects the August 27, 2026 coverage. Its reported product details and quantities have not been independently confirmed against the original regulator notices, and the exact remedy instructions were not available.
| Product | Identifiers reported | Reported concern | Quantity or incident figures in the August 27 report |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clear Eyes Maximum Itchy Eye Relief eye drops | Lot 2552A; 15 mL bottle; expiration date September 30, 2027 | Concern that the drops may not have been properly sterilized | Nearly 40,000 bottles |
| Workbless electric pressure washer | Models WB0301 and WB0302; green and black | Electrical shock or electrocution hazard | More than 2,200 units |
| Goal Zero YETI 3000X portable power station | YETI 3000X model | Circuit-board overheating that could cause fire or burns | More than 46,000 units; four reports of units catching fire, overheating, or smoking |
All counts and incident figures in the table are attributed to the August 27, 2026 report, not to a regulator notice independently checked here.
How do I know if my product is part of a recall?
Clear Eyes eye drops
Compare the bottle’s lot number, size, and expiration date with all three reported identifiers: lot 2552A, 15 mL, and September 30, 2027. A matching brand name alone is not enough to establish that a bottle is included. Check the current FDA notice or manufacturer instructions for the specific lot and handling directions.

Workbless pressure washer
Look for the Workbless brand and model WB0301 or WB0302, reported in green and black. Confirm the model from the product label or other manufacturer identification, then compare it with the matching current CPSC or manufacturer notice. Do not assume another Workbless washer is covered based on appearance alone.
Goal Zero power station
Check whether the unit is specifically a YETI 3000X portable power station, then verify it against the current notice from Goal Zero or the relevant regulator. A separate CPSC recall involving Goal Zero Yeti Link expansion modules and EC8 cables was announced in June 2024; it is not the YETI 3000X recall described in the 2026 coverage. Do not treat that older notice as instructions for a YETI 3000X.

What should you do if your item matches?
- Stop using the item while you verify whether its identifiers match the current official recall notice. For any immediate hazard, follow the relevant regulator’s or manufacturer’s safety instructions.
- Find the notice from the relevant regulator or the manufacturer and check its exact model, lot, serial number, date range, and remedy instructions. FDA notes that its recalls and safety-alert page includes information from certain public notices, but not every recall is posted there.
- Follow the instructions in the matching notice for use, storage, disposal, return, refund, or replacement. The August 27 report alone does not establish which remedy is available or whether a return is required.
The FDA describes a drug recall as a voluntary action by a company. Its general recall pages do not establish the remedy for Clear Eyes lot 2552A; confirm the lot-specific directions in the applicable notice.
