uPI Semiconductor’s 2026 outlook depends on which dated forecast you use. MarketScreener’s accessed model lists 2026 revenue of NT$4.308 billion, net income of NT$838.6 million and EPS of NT$7.95. A Simply Wall St revision dated 5 March 2026 lists NT$4.87 billion of revenue and NT$7.05 EPS. Those are materially different model outputs, not reported results. The latest reported first-half 2026 figures show revenue down 4.8% year over year, but gross profit up 9.8%, operating profit up 19.6% and profit attributable to common shareholders up 122.7%. That combination makes margins, non-operating items, forecast dates and share-count assumptions more informative than revenue growth alone.

What does uPI Semiconductor do?

uPI Semiconductor Corp. (Taiwan Stock Exchange stock code 6719) was founded in 2005. The Taiwan Stock Exchange issuer profile describes it as an IC design house that designs and manufactures analog and mixed-signal power-management solutions for electronic systems. Its broader group activities include Power MOSFET and TVS solutions for computing, gaming, mobility, automotive and industrial applications.

The business mix matters when interpreting estimates. In audited 2024 results, power-management IC revenue was NT$2,557,532 thousand and MOSFET revenue was NT$1,140,431 thousand, together matching total revenue of NT$3,697,963 thousand.

What did uPI report before the 2026 estimates?

The following reported figures are financial-statement data, not analyst forecasts. Amounts are in thousands of New Taiwan dollars unless noted otherwise.

Period Revenue Gross profit Operating profit Profit measure Basic / diluted EPS
FY 2024 audited 3,697,963 1,119,418 134,424 Profit for year: 229,993 NT$2.42 / NT$2.37
H1 2025 2,206,229 768,076 313,677 Profit: 198,806 NT$1.89 / NT$1.88
H1 2026 2,100,786 843,457 375,044 Profit attributable to common shareholders: 442,965 NT$4.20 / NT$4.06

Calculated from the filed comparative amounts, first-half 2026 revenue fell approximately 4.8% from first-half 2025. Gross profit rose 9.8%, operating profit 19.6% and profit attributable to common shareholders 122.7%. The implied gross margin increased from about 34.8% to 40.1%, while operating margin increased from about 14.2% to 17.9%.

Second-quarter figures show the same pattern: revenue was NT$1,121,644 thousand versus NT$1,227,185 thousand in the second quarter of 2025, while profit attributable to common shareholders increased to NT$221,917 thousand from NT$42,809 thousand. Basic EPS was NT$2.10 versus NT$0.41.

What are MarketScreener’s 2026 earnings estimates for TWSE:6719?

MarketScreener’s projected annual income statement, shown in TWD millions for fiscal years ending in December, provides this multi-year model snapshot:

Fiscal year Revenue (NT$ m) EBITDA (NT$ m) EBIT (NT$ m) Net income (NT$ m) EPS (NT$)
2025E 4,581 780.7 667.8 692.7 6.58
2026E 4,308 802.3 738.0 838.6 7.95
2027E 5,227 1,062 1,020 1,043 9.88
2028E 6,712 1,784 1,668 1,581 15.00

Within this model, 2026 revenue is below 2025E while EBITDA, EBIT, net income and EPS are higher. That is a margin-and-mix scenario rather than a simple volume-growth forecast. The same MarketScreener calendar lists quarterly 2027 EPS estimates of NT$1.78, NT$1.89, NT$2.08 and NT$2.45 for Q1 through Q4; these are model outputs tied to that calendar snapshot.

Why do analyst EPS estimates differ?

Forecasts differ because providers may use different update dates, analyst panels, operating assumptions, tax and non-operating assumptions, and share counts. They should not be averaged unless they refer to a common as-of date and comparable fiscal definitions.

Simply Wall St’s dated revisions

Simply Wall St’s page, updated 8 May 2026, reports forecast annual earnings growth of 13.9%, EPS growth of 13.9% and revenue growth of 7.7%. Its revision note dated 5 March says the 2026 revenue forecast was reduced from NT$5.08 billion to NT$4.87 billion and EPS from NT$8.04 to NT$7.05.

The page also records a 13 May price-target revision to NT$211 based on an average of four analysts, plus a 12 May 2025 estimate revision that raised revenue but reduced EPS. These entries are historical snapshots and are not synchronized with the MarketScreener table, so the NT$4.87 billion/NT$7.05 figures should be presented as Simply Wall St’s dated view, not as a universal consensus.

How the two 2026 snapshots compare

Provider and date context 2026 revenue 2026 EPS What it represents
MarketScreener accessed model NT$4.308 billion NT$7.95 Multi-year projected income statement
Simply Wall St, 5 March revision shown on page updated 8 May 2026 NT$4.87 billion NT$7.05 Dated consensus/revision snapshot

The revenue gap is NT$562 million and the EPS gap is NT$0.90. Different dates and methodologies are sufficient to explain why these numbers cannot be treated as a single official estimate.

What do the first-half 2026 results imply for the forecasts?

The interim accounts show improved conversion of sales into gross and operating profit despite lower revenue. That can support a higher full-year EPS outcome if the margin improvement persists, but first-half data alone does not establish the second-half trajectory. Net income also reflects items below operating profit, so the 122.7% increase in attributable profit is not explained by revenue or operating profit alone.

When comparing a forecast with the interim baseline, check whether the provider is forecasting the same profit definition, whether it incorporates the reported first-half results, and whether its model assumes a changed product mix between power-management ICs, MOSFETs and TVS-related solutions.

How should investors read basic and diluted EPS?

Basic EPS divides profit attributable to ordinary shareholders by the basic share count. Diluted EPS additionally reflects potential ordinary shares from items such as employee compensation, options or convertible instruments when they are dilutive. uPI’s reported differences are small in 2024 (NT$2.42 basic versus NT$2.37 diluted), first-half 2025 (NT$1.89 versus NT$1.88) and first-half 2026 (NT$4.20 versus NT$4.06), but a forecast can widen or narrow that gap as the assumed share count changes.

For a like-for-like comparison, use diluted EPS when the estimate provider reports it, and verify whether the provider’s EPS is calendarized, fiscal-year based or adjusted for exceptional items.

Which checks matter before using a 2026 estimate?

  • As-of date: record the publication or revision date beside every revenue, profit and EPS figure.
  • Actual versus estimate: keep audited 2024 and reported 2026 interim results separate from third-party projections.
  • Profit definition: distinguish net income, profit attributable to common shareholders, operating profit and adjusted earnings.
  • Margins: compare gross and operating margins, not just sales growth, because the 2026 interim improvement came with lower revenue.
  • Share count: check basic versus diluted EPS and any employee, option or convertible dilution assumptions.
  • Horizon and coverage: note whether the source supplies a multi-year model, quarterly estimates or a changing analyst consensus, and record the analyst count when stated.

Is uPI Semiconductor expected to grow?

The published forecasts point to growth over the longer horizon, but they do not agree on the 2026 level. MarketScreener’s model rises from NT$4.308 billion revenue and NT$7.95 EPS in 2026E to NT$6.712 billion and NT$15.00 by 2028E. Simply Wall St reports 7.7% forecast revenue growth and 13.9% forecast earnings and EPS growth on its 8 May 2026 page. Those rates describe provider models, not a guaranteed outcome.

The reported evidence is mixed in a useful way: sales declined year over year in the first half of 2026, while profitability and EPS improved sharply. A sensible assessment therefore depends on whether stronger margins and the reported profit conversion continue, rather than on revenue growth alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is uPI Semiconductor listed and what is its ticker?

uPI Semiconductor Corp. is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange under stock code 6719. The ticker identifies the issuer, but it does not indicate whether a forecast uses Taiwan fiscal reporting, calendarized figures or adjusted earnings; those definitions still need to be checked in each provider’s table.

Are MarketScreener and Simply Wall St estimates official company guidance?

No. They are third-party model or consensus snapshots. Company filings supply the reported 2024 and 2026 interim numbers, while the providers’ estimates can change whenever analysts revise assumptions or coverage changes.

What currency are the uPI Semiconductor forecasts in?

The MarketScreener annual table is presented in millions of New Taiwan dollars, and the Simply Wall St figures are stated in New Taiwan dollars. Converting to another currency introduces an exchange-rate assumption that can change the apparent size of revenue, profit or price targets.

Does a higher EPS estimate automatically mean the share price will rise?

No. Share prices also reflect valuation multiples, interest rates, semiconductor-cycle expectations, liquidity and company-specific risk. An EPS forecast is an input to analysis, not a price prediction or investment recommendation.
