If Titanium Court will not start, closes during “Preparing to Launch,” crashes at the menu, or stops loading a save, work from least destructive to most invasive: restart Steam and the computer, update the operating system and graphics driver, verify the Steam installation, then investigate antivirus and other background software. Back up saves before deleting anything. Players moving from the demo to the full game should sync the demo save with Steam Cloud before launching the full version. The developer has also requested a build number, reproduction steps, expected behavior, and useful screenshots or video when you report a bug.
Identify exactly where Titanium Court fails
“Not running” describes several different failures, and each points to a different next step. Note the first visible symptom rather than treating every crash as an installation problem.

Also write down your operating system and version, whether you are on a desktop or Steam Deck, the Titanium Court build number, whether the demo was previously installed, and the exact wording of any message. These details prevent support from having to guess which branch of the problem you experienced.

1. Restart Steam and the computer
- Exit Titanium Court.
- From Steam’s menu, choose Steam > Exit, not merely the window’s close button.
- Restart the computer. On a Steam Deck, use the system power menu and choose Restart.
- Open Steam again and try the game once before changing files or settings.
Steam Support notes that an apparent launch failure often means the game crashed immediately after starting, and many such failures can be solved locally. A full restart clears a stuck Steam process, a failed controller connection, and temporary driver state without touching your installation or saves.

2. Install pending updates
- Install all pending Windows, macOS, or SteamOS updates.
- Install the current graphics driver offered for your GPU. Use the manufacturer’s normal update channel rather than a third-party driver package.
- Restart after updating, even if the updater does not require it.
Steam’s launch guidance specifically calls for current Windows, Linux, or macOS software, current drivers where applicable, and compatibility with the game’s published system requirements. Check the Titanium Court store page for those requirements; the available support information does not establish particular CPU, GPU, memory, or storage figures, so do not rely on an invented minimum specification.
Verify Titanium Court’s Steam files
Verification is the next step because it can repair a damaged or incomplete download without removing your saves. Steam explains that launch failures are often caused by corruption in extracted game files or a failed download.
- Open Steam and select Library.
- Right-click Titanium Court and choose Properties.
- Open Installed Files (called Local Files in some Steam client versions).
- Select Verify integrity of game files.
- Wait for the process to finish, allow Steam to reacquire any damaged files, and then launch the game.
Do not interrupt the check or manually delete individual files while it is running. If the result says files were reacquired but the same crash remains, record that result for support; it distinguishes an installation problem from a runtime or configuration problem.

Check quarantine before reinstalling
A “missing executable” message does not prove that Titanium Court was packaged incorrectly. Steam says an executable can be blocked or quarantined by antivirus software, or absent because a download was incomplete or corrupted. Open your security product’s quarantine or detection history and look for a Titanium Court or Steam file detected at the time the problem began.

If a file was falsely quarantined, restore it only through the security product’s normal, documented controls. Then verify the Steam files again. Add an exclusion only when you understand the security trade-off, can limit the exclusion to the game’s actual folder, and trust the installation source. Never download a replacement executable from an unofficial site.
Test without non-essential background programs
Steam’s client guidance identifies antivirus, firewalls, recording utilities, performance boosters, cleaner tools, proxy software, monitoring applications, and overlays as possible sources of interference. Close or temporarily disable one non-essential program at a time, launch Titanium Court, and note which change altered the result. Re-enable protection after the test and create a narrowly scoped, documented exception only if necessary.
This one-change-at-a-time approach matters: disabling several protections together can hide the actual cause and leaves you unsure which setting must be restored. If the game works only with a particular recorder, overlay, or cleaner closed, include that program and its version in your bug report.

Use factory settings while diagnosing
Return CPU, GPU, and memory overclocks or undervolts to the manufacturer’s default settings. Steam notes that overclocking can contribute to memory or file corruption, producing symptoms that look like a broken game. Test at defaults before changing graphics options or reinstalling.

Rule out drive and memory errors
Make sure the drive containing Titanium Court has free space for updates and that the operating system is not reporting disk or memory errors. A verification failure that repeatedly returns, files that disappear after being reacquired, or crashes in several unrelated games points toward storage or memory diagnostics rather than a title-specific fix. Do not erase the Steam library until you have copied any saves you need.
Compare the failure with the store requirements
Confirm that your hardware and operating system meet the current Titanium Court store-page requirements. The support material available for this title does not publish the numerical CPU, GPU, RAM, or storage thresholds, so the safe procedure is to read the requirements shown for your edition and platform rather than applying numbers from another game or an old post.
Protect saves and logs before deleting anything
Deleting a save folder is not a first-line crash fix. It can remove progress and make a reproducible bug harder for the developer to diagnose. Back up the relevant folder to another location before experimenting with a reset, reinstall, or manual deletion.

Copy the entire save directory and the log file while the game is closed. Give the backup a date-based name so you can identify the state that produced the crash. If you later test with a fresh save, keep the backup separate and do not overwrite it.

Fix the demo-to-full-game save problem
The developer has reported a known issue that can occur when a save is not synchronized between the Titanium Court demo and the full game. If you played the demo, make Steam Cloud synchronize that save before starting the full version.
- Install or launch the demo, if it is still available in your library, and allow it to reach its main menu.
- Exit the demo normally so Steam has an opportunity to upload its save.
- Wait for Steam’s cloud status to finish syncing. Do not launch the full game while the demo is still uploading or while Steam reports a conflict.
- Resolve any cloud conflict by keeping the copy that contains your current demo progress, then wait for synchronization to complete.
- Launch the full game and test the save.
If the save still fails, preserve the backed-up demo save and both relevant logs rather than repeatedly deleting and recreating files. Tell support whether the demo and full game were installed on the same computer, whether Steam Cloud showed a conflict, and which copy you selected.

Reports in the developer’s support thread include Steam Deck problems, but community reports are not proof that one universal cause affects every device. Treat suspend, tabbing out, reconnecting a controller, and switching input devices as reproduction variables.
- Restart the Deck and launch Titanium Court from a fresh session.
- Test once with the controller connected before launch, then once with keyboard or built-in controls if available.
- Record whether the crash happens only after suspend, desktop-mode switching, tabbing out, or reconnecting the controller.
- Repeat the shortest sequence that triggers the problem and capture a video if the behavior is difficult to describe.
Steam Deck users should include the Deck model and SteamOS version in the report. If you cannot reproduce the issue consistently, say so; an intermittent trigger is still useful when paired with the exact sequence and timing.

What to do if you are using a console
The available title-specific information confirms Steam support and Windows/macOS file locations, but it does not confirm an official PlayStation or Xbox release of Titanium Court. Do not assume that a generic console article applies to this game or that a PC save can be moved to a console.
If you are actually running a supported console edition obtained from an official store, follow that platform’s own launch guidance and first confirm the edition and publisher. Generic PlayStation advice can include restarting the console, installing system updates, restoring licenses, reinstalling the game, moving an installation from USB extended storage to internal storage where supported, and rebuilding the database in Safe Mode. Prepare a useful developer report
Fellow Traveller’s pinned bug-report thread asks players to post issues and says the team will monitor the community and work to resolve reports. A complete report lets the developer reproduce the fault instead of sending a generic “it crashes” message.
Include these essentials
- Titanium Court build number.
- Operating system and version; identify Steam Deck versus desktop.
- Hardware details relevant to the failure, including GPU and controller model when applicable.
- What happened, what you expected to happen, and the exact error text.
- Numbered steps to reproduce, including suspend, tabbing out, controller reconnection, or demo-to-full migration if involved.
- Whether restarting, updating, verifying files, and closing a background program changed the result.
- Screenshots or a short video when they show the timing or visual symptom.
- A copy of the save file and log file when support requests them.
Attach the backed-up save and the matching log from the failure, not a later log produced after many unrelated launches. Remove personal information only when it is safe to do so, and explain any redaction. Do not post executable replacements or unknown downloads offered by other commenters.
