The Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Artist is a cordless floor washer that vacuums and washes sealed hard floors in one pass. It is not a dry-only vacuum for carpets, and the available evidence does not establish how its real-world cleaning performance compares with other models. Tineco lists up to 50 minutes of runtime, but its support FAQ gives a lower 12–40-minute operating range, so treat runtime as variable rather than guaranteed.
What the FLOOR ONE S7 Artist is designed to do
Tineco describes the S7 Artist as a cordless wet-dry hard-floor cleaner: it picks up debris and washes the floor during the same pass. The manufacturer says there is no need to vacuum an area first. That makes it a potential fit for routine cleaning of non-carpeted floors, but not a substitute for a dry-only vacuum when you need to clean carpets or rugs.
Tineco lists dual-side edge cleaning, DualBlock Anti-Tangle Design, MHCBS technology and a 180-degree lay-flat design. These are manufacturer-described features; the specifications alone do not establish how well the unit handles edges, hair or furniture clearance in practice.
Which floors can it clean?
Tineco lists vinyl, tile and sealed wood among suitable floor types. Its support FAQ says sealed hardwood is suitable when the machine is used as directed, but advises against using it on unsealed or water-sensitive wood. Follow the flooring maker’s care guidance as well, particularly for wood surfaces where excess moisture may be a concern.

The S7 Artist is not intended for dry-only vacuuming. Tineco warns that using it this way can damage the brush roller. If your cleaning task requires vacuuming without washing, use a vacuum designed for that purpose.
How long does the battery last?
Tineco’s product page advertises up to 50 minutes of runtime, while its US support FAQ states an operating range of 12–40 minutes on a full charge. These are differing manufacturer figures, not independent runtime measurements or a promise that every cleaning session will reach either endpoint. Runtime depends on operating conditions, and the support FAQ recommends charging for 3–4 hours before first use.

Tank capacity and self-cleaning
The product page lists a 1 L clean-water tank and a 0.75 L dirty-water tank. You fill the clean-water tank for washing and empty the dirty-water tank as needed; the practical interval between refills or emptying will depend on the floor area and how much debris or liquid the machine collects.
Tineco advertises a FlashDry self-cleaning system that uses heated fresh water and 185°F hot air. That temperature and the system’s cleaning or drying effectiveness are manufacturer claims, not independently verified results. Self-cleaning is also not a reason to skip routine care: Tineco’s support FAQ recommends cleaning the HEPA filter every three months.

What comes in the box, and what solution should you use?
Tineco’s product page lists a charging dock, cleaning solution, cleaning tool, dry filter and extra brush roller as included. The support FAQ recommends Tineco cleaning solution and warns that third-party solutions can produce excess bubbles and fill the dirty-water tank quickly. Check the instructions for the correct way to prepare and use solution.
Tineco says accessories and replacement parts may be purchased through Amazon or its official website. Before buying a replacement brush roller, filter or other part, confirm that the exact item is compatible with the S7 Artist rather than relying on a general listing description.

Price, availability and warranty
Tineco’s US store showed conflicting listing information when checked on October 3, 2026: one page view displayed $699 with unavailable or backorder messaging, while another variant view showed $399 with backorder messaging. These are inconsistent snapshots, not a stable current price. Check the selected variant, seller, stock and checkout price before ordering.
Tineco US Support states that it provides a two-year warranty against original defects in material and workmanship for private household use, provided the product is used in accordance with the instruction manual. Confirm the applicable warranty terms for your purchase and location with Tineco.
