Texas Instruments (TI) announced the opening of its new product distribution center in Dreieich, near Frankfurt am Main, on November 12, 2024. The 9,000-square-meter facility is designed to ship up to 7,500 orders a day, with automated pick, pack and ship operations that prepare orders for dispatch in 15 minutes or less.
Where is TI’s new distribution center?
The center is in Dreieich, near Frankfurt am Main, in central Germany. TI says the location is close to industrial and automotive customers as well as Frankfurt Airport, positioning it to support deliveries across Europe. TI’s announcement describes the site as an addition to its European logistics footprint.
How quickly can it process and deliver orders?
Processing time and capacity
TI says the fully automated pick, pack and ship process can prepare orders for shipment in 15 minutes or less. The center can ship up to 7,500 orders per day. These are published facility capabilities; TI has not published independently audited delivery-performance results.
Delivery windows TI describes
TI says customers in central Germany can receive products the same day, while customers in most European countries can receive next-day delivery. In its explanatory video, TI says automated storage and picking help European customers receive products within two days or less. These are TI’s stated service windows, not guarantees or independently verified performance figures.

What products does the center handle?
The facility distributes a broad range of TI analog and embedded-processing semiconductors. The announcement describes it as supporting TI’s semiconductor portfolio for customers across Europe; it does not identify a narrower product list for the center.
How the center fits into TI’s European operations
TI says it has operated in Europe since 1956. The Dreieich facility joins a regional presence that includes a semiconductor wafer factory in Freising, research and development teams, and more than 30 sales offices in 18 European countries. TI Europe president Stefan Bruder said the new center offers “faster, more efficient, flexible and reliable service for TI’s customers in Europe to meet semiconductor demand now and in the future.”
