Does full participation mean Collins will play Sunday?
No. A full practice is an update on participation, not confirmation of game availability. The Texans’ report has no game-status designation for Collins, and the available Friday reporting does not establish that he will be active. The Texans are scheduled to host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, Oct. 4. Check for a later official status update or the team’s game-day inactive list before treating him as available.

CBS Sports/RotoWire reported Friday that Collins was on the field and said he had missed Weeks 2 and 3. Its assessment that he had a good chance to return Sunday is an outlook, not an official decision. CBS Sports/RotoWire report

Ryans described Collins as “an explosive playmaker anytime he’s touching the ball, anytime he’s on the field, he’s a threat.” Quarterback C.J.
