Use the official redemption flow
MY.GAMES says new promo codes can be found on Rush Royale’s official social network pages. Do not infer that a code is official because several list sites repeat it; those sites may simply be copying one another.
Confirm the signed-in account
The redemption page associates the submission with the account used during sign-in. Sign out and sign back in only if you are unsure which account is connected to your game profile. Do not create a new account as a test: that can make the reward destination less clear and does not validate the original code.
Before contacting support, write down the account or player identifier shown in the game, the login method used on the redemption page, and the profile you opened afterward. This helps distinguish an invalid code from a valid reward delivered to a different profile.

Know when to stop retrying
After you have checked the source, characters, and account, another identical attempt is unlikely to add information. Save a screenshot of the error and move to support, especially if the official post indicates that the code should still be active. Separate evidence from anecdotes
