How to share a Glooin recording in Slack
Glooin is presented as a screen recorder that works through a Chrome extension. Its vendor describes a straightforward sharing flow: record the screen, stop to save the recording, copy its link, then paste that link into Slack. The same workflow can be used for email, Notion, or a support ticket.
- Open the relevant screen or workflow you want to explain.
- Start a recording using the Glooin Chrome extension and demonstrate the issue or steps.
- Stop the recording. Glooin says the recording is saved automatically.
- Copy the share link from the dashboard and paste it into the Slack conversation.
The recipient can watch in a desktop or mobile browser without an account, extension, or download, according to the StackSocial listing. This approach is useful when seeing the interface, sequence of clicks, or error would clarify more than text alone; it does not guarantee shorter conversations or faster responses.
What the $49.99 Glooin Pro offer includes
StackSocial’s listing, accessed October 7, 2026, advertises Glooin Pro for $49.99 as a lifetime offer, against a stated suggested price of $249. The listing specifies 100GB of lifetime storage and recordings up to 25 minutes. These are merchant-listed offer terms, not independently tested performance results.

There is a price discrepancy to account for: Glooin’s official landing page displayed Pro at $59 when accessed October 7, 2026. The $49.99 figure therefore refers specifically to StackSocial’s listing, not a universal or guaranteed price. Confirm the price and terms shown at checkout.
Compatibility and vendor-listed tools
StackSocial lists Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.15 or later, Linux, and ChromeOS, along with Chromium-based browsers including Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Arc. The product is described as a Chrome-extension recorder, so confirm that your browser and operating system meet the listing’s requirements before purchasing.

Glooin and the merchant also describe automatic transcripts, screenshot annotation, blur, clickable CTA buttons, and click analytics. Those are vendor or merchant feature claims; they have not been independently verified here. Consider whether the controls available in the product meet your organization’s privacy needs before recording or sharing sensitive screens.
