Rankaware’s scheduler turns its Google, Bing and Yahoo keyword-position checks into recurring reports. Add a site, enter keywords, choose up to three search engines and a language, then run an update; the resulting reports can be scheduled, branded and customized for client delivery.
What Rankaware’s scheduler does
Rankaware is desktop keyword-rank-checking software for SEO professionals, webmasters and marketers. It checks targeted keywords in batches on Google, Bing and Yahoo, then records ranking performance over time.
The scheduler is a recurring-report feature rather than a different ranking database. Rankaware describes scheduled SERP reports with charts and tables, customizable presentation and branding for client communication. Its startup documentation also lists PDF and Excel report generation and white-label company details among paid-license features.
How to schedule a Rankaware ranking report
- Add the property: enter the website URL or the exact page URL you want to monitor.
- Enter keywords: put one keyword on each line.
- Choose search settings: select the search engines and language. The documented setup allows up to three search engines.
- Start the update: click Done and let Rankaware collect the current positions.
- Configure recurring delivery: use the scheduler and report options to create the repeatable, client-facing report, including the available chart, table, branding and export settings.
The exact scheduling controls and delivery cadence should be checked in the installed release, because desktop software labels and capabilities can change between versions.

How to read scheduled ranking data
A scheduled report is a consistent monitoring workflow, not a universal statement of what every searcher sees. Rankaware’s FAQ explains that browser results can differ when a user is signed in to Google, has cached results, reaches a different datacenter or IP address, or is included in a search-engine experiment or algorithm change.
For that reason, compare reports using the same project settings and look for trends across updates instead of treating one position as absolute. Rankaware recommends updating about once a day, except when an unusual rise or drop justifies an additional check.

Version and maintenance status
Rankaware’s official update page identifies version 1.7.7 and says it improved the Google, Bing and Yahoo checking algorithms, along with minor bug fixes. That version number is time-sensitive; confirm the current release in Rankaware’s update information before relying on it for a new installation or troubleshooting an unexpected result.
Licensing and observed pricing
Public product information describes a free edition plus paid Expert and Business licenses. The Expert license is described for one computer in a non-commercial environment, while Business is intended for multiple computers in commercial use. Paid-tier features listed by Rankaware include unlimited keywords and URLs, YouTube URL monitoring, PDF and Excel reports, white-label reports, and support or upgrade terms.
Rank #3
| License information | Published description |
|---|---|
| Free edition | Publicly documented; feature limits are not fully specified in the supplied product information. |
| Expert | One PC; non-commercial use. The pricing page displayed $49.97 for one year and included a 30-day money-back guarantee when observed. |
| Business | Multiple computers; commercial use. The startup page displayed $99.97 per year when observed. |
Those dollar figures are page-observed prices, not permanent quotes. Check Rankaware’s current pricing and license terms before purchase.
When the scheduler is a good fit
- Client reporting: recurring branded charts and tables reduce manual report preparation.
- Multi-engine monitoring: one project can check Google, Bing and Yahoo rather than relying on a single search engine.
- Trend tracking: repeated updates make gains, losses and sudden changes easier to spot.
- Desktop workflows: the licensing model is built around installed software and computer-based use, not a purely web-hosted dashboard.
Important limitations
- Search positions vary with personalization, cache, location, datacenter, IP address and search-engine testing.
- The documented setup limit is three selected search engines, which matches Rankaware’s three supported engines.
- Release numbers, interface labels, prices and license conditions can change.
- The supplied product information establishes report scheduling and exports, but does not specify every delivery method, such as email, or a guaranteed hourly schedule.
Bottom line for SEO teams
Rankaware’s scheduler is useful when the requirement is a repeatable, presentation-ready record of keyword movement across Google, Bing and Yahoo. Set up the project carefully, update roughly daily, and interpret changes as directional evidence under defined search conditions. Verify the current version, pricing and scheduler controls before deploying it for client reporting.
