Our verdict on Zoom Whiteboard
Zoom Whiteboard is an online collaborative workspace for teams, educators, and organizations that need shared space for brainstorming, diagramming, planning, workshops, and asynchronous collaboration. Its infinite canvas supports drawings, shapes, connectors, text, sticky notes, files, frames, and diagrams. The product is especially suited to teams already working in Zoom Meetings, Zoom Chat, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Mail, Zoom Calendar, or Zoom Docs, while visitor links support external guest participation.
The pricing structure starts with a free Whiteboard Basic plan, which includes three concurrently editable whiteboards, public sharing without sign-in, templates, annotations, diagramming, frames, document embedding, project folders, high-resolution image and PDF export, presentation mode, and voting. Whiteboard Unlimited adds unlimited concurrently editable boards, AI features for creating, organizing, and refining content, version history, co-owners, Jira, Asana, and Azure DevOps task integrations, custom and organization-wide libraries, and PowerPoint export.
