Our verdict on Zoho Webinar

Zoho Webinar is a browser-based platform for businesses running training, marketing, educational, and lead-generation webinars. It supports scheduling, registration, screen and application sharing, audio and video delivery, polls, Q&A, recording, analytics, and report exports. Organizers can use web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, or the Chrome extension, while attendees can join through supported browsers. Its plans can accommodate audiences of up to 5,000 attendees depending on the subscription plan.

Its strongest fit is the Zoho ecosystem. Integrations include Zoho CRM, Zoho Calendar, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Backstage, Zoho Flow, and Zia, alongside Zapier, HubSpot, and Rev AI. This gives teams options for connecting webinars with customer records, campaigns, events, workflows, and artificial intelligence features. Live streaming to social and custom platforms, embedded registration links, and registration form customization extend its usefulness beyond the webinar room.

The Free plan supports webinars of up to 60 minutes and 20 attendees, with screen sharing, polls, Q&A, and raise-hand functionality. A 14-day free trial is also available. Standard adds 10 GB of cloud recording storage per organizer, multiple co-organizers, webinars up to 24 hours, VoIP, embedded registration forms, and recording. Professional adds branding, registration moderation, customized forms, live streaming, advanced analytics, and HubSpot integration. Enterprise adds on-demand webinars, custom domains, email customization, domain restrictions, anonymous questions, and departments. Zoho Webinar suits organizations already using Zoho or needing a broad webinar feature set; smaller teams needing larger free events or simple access to advanced controls should compare alternatives.
