Zefort is a cloud contract management platform for legal, procurement, compliance, finance and other teams handling business-critical agreements. It brings document storage, contract creation, electronic signatures, approvals, searchable metadata and reminders into one workspace. Its searchable contract intelligence and governance features make it relevant to organizations that need more than a place to store signed files, while the published pricing is aimed at buyers prepared for a substantial recurring commitment.
Search and automation are central to the product’s appeal. Advanced search covers contracts, clauses and metadata, while AI features include metadata extraction, natural-language search, clause analysis and key-date discovery.
