Yellow is a browser-based visual collaboration platform for facilitators, coaches, consultants, businesses, public institutions, and defense organizations. It combines collaborative whiteboards with writing, sticky notes, visual sharing, meeting templates, polls, surveys, quizzes, votes, word clouds, and automatically generated reports. Participants can join through a link or QR code without an account, while facilitators manage sessions through a Yellow account. The product fits team meetings, brainstorming, training, agile rituals, seminars, and strategic planning more closely than open-ended diagramming work.
The published plans show a freemium structure. Free includes access to all activities and hosting on the Yellow SaaS platform, but limits users to one saved meeting. Premium adds unlimited meetings plus meeting duplication and merging; it is described as an annual per-user subscription.
