Its strongest fit is for ITSM teams that want AI-supported knowledge work alongside structured service management, rather than a standalone documentation tool.
Pricing is handled through sales, with five plans covering different organization types and service scopes. Starter includes ITSM functionality, email customer success access, and Xurrent Support, and is aimed at smaller organizations or paid proof-of-concepts. Corporate adds limited ESM for SMB organizations up to 5,000 employees, a pooled Customer Success Manager, and business-hours support. Enterprise adds unlimited ESM, a customized URL, and 24x7 escalation support for organizations with 5,000 or more employees.
