Our verdict on Xelix
Xelix is cloud-based accounts payable software for enterprise finance and AP teams. It operates alongside existing ERP, procure-to-pay and email systems, focusing on invoice data quality, payment-error detection, supplier reconciliation, vendor queries, master-data controls and P2P reporting. Its Capture module uses AI to extract, validate and correct invoice data before downstream matching, approval and posting. The product is best suited to teams that need stronger AP controls and exception handling rather than a complete payment automation system.
Its feature set is concentrated around control points that can create downstream risk. Configurable natural-language agents handle invoice exceptions, while duplicate and incorrect payment detection addresses payment accuracy. Supplier statement reconciliation, AI-assisted vendor query management and vendor master-data cleansing extend coverage beyond invoice intake. P2P reporting dashboards provide visibility into these processes. Xelix integrates with systems including Coupa, Tradeshift, Workday, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle PeopleSoft, Infor, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, ServiceNow and Microsoft Outlook and Exchange, supporting environments that already have core finance and procurement tools in place.
