WorkProof organizes workplace and legal documentation into projects or case folders. It is designed for employees, employment law firms, trade unions and in-house teams handling incidents, conversations, emails, performance records, documents, photos and voice memos. Firm portals add client intake, attorney assignment, case review, tasks, deadlines, evidence packages and client access. The platform runs across web, iOS and Android, with cloud and mobile deployment options.
The Free plan costs $0 and includes three entries, incident reports, conversation confirmations, email backups, a performance diary, voice memos, cryptographic timestamps, audit trails, a progressive web app and two lawyer contacts. Lifetime Access costs $29 one time and adds unlimited entries, an AI coach, AI evidence-based rebuttals, advanced AI evidence search and ten lawyer contacts. A Free Trial provides a firm portal, all professional features during the trial and unlimited entries per case. Monthly pricing is $40 per staff seat, while Annual pricing is $384 per staff seat; both include unlimited active cases and clients, unlimited entries per case and all professional features.
