Wisteria is a browser-based microlearning learning management system for frontline teams in restaurants, hotels, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Its core workflow turns operational documents into flashcards and quizzes, then delivers short lessons while tracking completion, quiz scores, retention, certifications, and overdue training. Phone-number sign-in, role- and department-based content visibility, and custom approval workflows support distributed teams with varied training responsibilities.
The plan structure covers several operating needs. Starter includes flashcards, quizzes, certificates, reports, AI course building from documents, and two course builders. Pilot adds the full learning app, setup and first-course assistance, and a results report. Standard plans add AI course building, document scanning, and five course builders, with learner bands for up to 100, 250, or 500 learners. The published structure is paid rather than freemium, and Starter pricing is per person while Standard pricing is flat by learner band.
