7taps is a web-based microlearning platform for L&D teams and organizations creating short workplace training. Its card-based authoring supports text, video, audio, quizzes, forms, polls, checklists, role-play, and submissions, giving teams room to build more than simple flashcard lessons. AI-assisted course creation and content conversion can help turn existing material into training, while learner management and progress tracking support ongoing programs. It fits organizations that want training embedded into regular work rather than confined to a standalone learning portal.

The plan structure starts with a Free edition that includes an AI-powered training designer, instant content conversion, passwordless course links, and link or QR delivery. Starter adds advanced learning design tools, basic analytics, email, iFrame, Slack, and Teams delivery, plus live chat support. Enterprise adds advanced analytics, SAML-based single sign-on, HRMS integration, SCORM, PDF, and xAPI export, implementation assistance, and priority human support.
