Our verdict on TalentCards
TalentCards is a mobile-first microlearning platform for deskless and distributed teams. Administrators create short, flashcard-based courses in a web browser, while learners access training through iOS and Android apps or the web. Courses can combine text, images, audio, video, PDFs, quizzes, spaced repetition, QR-code access, offline learning, badges, and challenges. It fits workplace training needs such as safety, compliance, onboarding, and product knowledge.
Pricing is structured across four plans. The Free plan costs $0 per user per month and includes unlimited courses, offline learner access, advanced analytics and reporting, and up to 5 users. Standard costs $0.80 per user per month and adds video and PDF upload and storage, exportable analytics, a public API, and unlimited admin accounts. Premium costs $1.20 per user per month and adds AI course creation, AI-graded short-answer questions, learner SSO, teams, and scheduled reports. Standard and Premium are shown in 50-user increments, while Enterprise uses a custom quote and includes a dedicated account manager.
Its main strength is the combination of mobile delivery and broad learning formats. Learners can receive invitations by email or SMS, use push notifications, study offline, and access content through QR codes. Administrators also get analytics, reporting, knowledge-gap insights, multilingual content, AI translation, and gamification. The public API supports workflow integration, and Microsoft account learner SSO is available on Premium. TalentCards suits organizations that need affordable, mobile training with more than basic flashcards. Teams that require enterprise pricing terms should evaluate the Enterprise offer directly before choosing a plan.
