Our verdict on Gnowbe

Gnowbe is a mobile-first microlearning platform for organizations training distributed and deskless workforces. It supports enterprise learning, onboarding, sales enablement, and workforce alignment across web, iOS, and Android. Authors can create programs with AI from prompts, PDFs, or videos, then combine videos, quizzes, reflection journals, role plays, flashcards, and other action types. Learners can receive daily-dose sessions with nudges and participate through peer sharing, discussion boards, group challenges, and cohort experiences. It is best suited to teams that want mobile delivery with interactive content and connected learning workflows.

The plan structure scales by automated tasks, learner capacity, analytics, and support. Pro is free to start and includes up to 2,000 automated tasks, capacity for 100 users, unlimited programs and groups, and 24/7 email and chat support. Business raises the allowance to 5,000 automated tasks, includes capacity for 1,000 users, and adds advanced real-time analytics plus HRIS, LMS, CRM, and enterprise integrations. Scale supports up to 20,000 automated tasks and 10,000 users, with enterprise analytics and premium customer service and strategy support. This gives smaller programs a clear entry point while reserving broader operational capabilities for larger deployments.

Gnowbe’s strongest fit is its combination of mobile authoring, engagement features, localization, and ecosystem connectivity. Published integrations include SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, Cornerstone, Okta, Azure AD, Salesforce, Slack, and Trello, alongside REST API, webhook, SSO/SAML, SCORM, and Zapier support. Programs can be translated and localized across more than 70 languages, with dashboards, engagement heatmaps, completion funnels, certificates, and gamified learning. Choose Gnowbe when mobile access and integrations are central; consider another platform if desktop-first delivery or a simpler feature set is the priority.
