WHISE is an online CRM and transaction platform for real estate agents, agencies, and multi-agency networks. It combines contact and prospect management with property portfolio administration, conversion statuses, automated follow-up, matching, appointment scheduling, transaction checklists, and portal publishing. It is particularly suited to European agencies starting with a focused CRM, especially those that need property publishing and lead handling alongside day-to-day transaction workflows.
The freemium plan provides a free account with no time limit for one user, up to five properties published online, CRM features, and property-portal publishing. Starter costs EUR 59 per user per month with annual billing, while Expert costs EUR 89 per user per month with annual billing; both paid plans include unlimited properties, and paid prices exclude VAT. The published plan structure makes WHISE accessible for a small operation, while larger agencies are directed to contact sales. The free tier is less suitable for teams or portfolios exceeding five published properties.
WHISE’s workflow and ecosystem coverage are its main strengths. Automated reminders, scheduled email or SMS follow-up, appointment confirmations, checklists, and task lists support recurring agency processes. Contacts can be matched with properties automatically or manually, while portal publishing and automatic lead import connect marketing activity with prospect management. Mass-mailing, newsletters, brochures, posters, mobile access, data migration, and an API extend its role beyond a basic contact database. Integrations include Zoom, Google Agenda, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Cellcom SMS, Allocloud, and Intertel. Agencies wanting a web-based system with broad real estate workflow coverage should consider WHISE; teams needing a multi-user free tier or a fully packaged website may prefer another option.
