webCRM is a cloud-based CRM for sales teams and customer-facing businesses that need one place for customer records, opportunities, activities, email communication and reporting. Its scope also covers marketing, support cases, products, quotes, orders and delivery management, making it suited to SMBs that want sales and customer operations in one system rather than a narrowly focused pipeline tool.
Pricing is structured across three paid tiers. Starter costs £29 per user per month, billed monthly, and includes a ready-to-use CRM, email marketing, sales opportunity management, analytics and reports. SMB costs £49 per user per month and adds a configurable CRM, multichannel lead management, advanced pipeline management, integrations and web forms. Enterprise costs £69 per user per month and adds delivery phase management, time management, a support module and email event tracking. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
The strongest fit is for teams that value breadth: visual kanban sales pipelines support multiple pipelines, while workflow automation, dashboards, KPIs, forecasting and reporting support ongoing sales management. Email marketing includes segmentation, templates, email history and engagement tracking. Support and ticketing, product records, quotes and orders broaden the platform further. Integrations include Google, Outlook/Exchange, e-conomic, Uniconta, Visma.net, Vainu, Bisnode, Apsis, Zapier, Mailchimp, LinkedIn and Trello, with REST API access for additional connections. Teams needing mobile or AI capabilities should choose a CRM that includes those functions.
