VISITOUR is field-service scheduling software for organisations coordinating mobile workforces. It is aimed at mid-market and enterprise teams managing complex jobs, particularly operations with around 50 or more field resources. Dispatchers can plan jobs semi-automatically or fully automatically, or schedule them manually with automatic validation. The system matches assignments against technician skills, service-level agreements, priorities and time windows, while planning routes with geocoding and time-dependent road profiles. Route planning is central to the product: AI-based tour optimisation works alongside continuous real-time schedule and route re-optimisation when jobs or conditions change during the day. A planning board combines order status with a map view, giving dispatchers a place to manage assignments and see routes. MOBILE FLOW connects planning with mobile job execution, including assignments and job feedback.
