Its scope suits organizations that need more than a basic reception check-in, particularly teams managing multiple sites, higher-security visitors, or formal emergency procedures.
The freemium structure offers a practical entry point. Starter supports up to 100 visitors per month at a single location, with QR check-in, email host alerts, and community support.
