Our verdict on Veco Plus
Veco Plus is a web-based CRM and property management platform for full-service residential property agencies, including independent branches and larger agency networks. It centralises client and contact data, tracks leads and opportunities, supports automated follow-up, and adds scheduling, task assignment and in-app messaging. The platform also covers listings, advertising, inspections, repairs, work orders, compliance, self-service portals and client accounting, making it suited to businesses that want CRM and operational processes in one system.
Pricing is based on active properties and requires contacting the vendor. New clients receive a six-month free period from go-live, while onboarding, migration and third-party integrations are excluded; standard fees apply from month seven. The product has no free plan, so buyers should assess the active-property basis alongside their agency’s implementation requirements. Its web-only delivery keeps access browser-based, and there is no mobile app listed among its platform options.
The main strength is breadth: Veco Plus connects lead management with property listings, maintenance workflows, compliance tracking, applicant, tenant and owner portals, double-entry bookkeeping and bespoke business-process automation. Fixflo is the listed integration, which supports a property-management workflow rather than a broad general-purpose CRM ecosystem.
