UVdesk is a help desk platform for ecommerce, marketplace, and multichannel businesses. It converts incoming email into tickets and supports intake from marketplace, ecommerce, website, and email sources. Teams can manage ticket assignment, status, priority, tags, and saved replies, while customers can use a knowledge base and portal with theme customization. The product is available as a hosted web service and as a self-hosted open-source edition, making it a fit for ecommerce support teams that need structured ticketing around commerce channels.
The plan structure covers both self-managed and hosted use. Open Source is a self-hosted edition with unlimited agents. Pro costs $8 per agent per month when billed annually, requires a minimum of two agents, and includes unlimited mailbox on the comparison page plus a knowledge base. Enterprise costs $15 per agent per month when billed annually, also requires a minimum of two agents, and adds unlimited mailbox and unlimited knowledge base. A 30-day free trial is available.
