Tungsten AP Essentials is a cloud-based accounts payable automation system for organizations processing supplier invoices from paper, PDF, email, EDI and other electronic sources. It combines OCR and machine-learning extraction with field validation, correction, purchase-order matching, approval routing, GL coding, invoice image storage and analytics. Its web and API access suit established enterprises that need structured invoice processing across complex AP workflows.
The plan structure follows increasing workflow depth. Trial provides a limited-time, document-limited evaluation. Basic adds header- and footer-field capture, online correction, ERP integration and monthly document-volume pricing. Premium includes those capabilities plus line-item field capture and line pairing. Enterprise adds approval and exception workflows and is available through sales rather than the online store.
