Our verdict on Treatwell Pro
Treatwell Pro is cloud-based salon management software for hair, beauty, wellness and aesthetics businesses. It combines appointment and staff calendars with online booking, client records, reminders, reporting, point-of-sale checkout and payment processing. Booking can come through the Treatwell marketplace or through website and social booking buttons. It suits salons looking to attract marketplace customers and manage bookings and sales in one service; businesses that want only a simple diary may find the broader checkout and client-management scope unnecessary.
The published plans show a free Freelancer option with a digital calendar, marketplace customer discovery, a mobile-friendly interface and 0% commission on repeat bookings. Online prepayments on this plan carry a 2.5% processing fee, and marketplace commissions can apply. Advanced includes Freelancer features plus unlimited staff members, unlimited appointment scheduling, client email notifications and reminders, and POS checkout.
