TrackMyPG is a web-based property management platform for PG, hostel, and co-living operators in India. It combines tenant profiles, room and bed assignments, recurring rent invoices, payment tracking, online collection, reminders, reports, occupancy management, deposits, and tenant self-service. Tenants can access invoices, download PDFs, update permitted profile details, raise maintenance tickets, and pay online when gateway collection is enabled. The product is aimed at operators who need a focused system for recurring rent administration rather than a broad property operations suite.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Basic costs ₹299 per month for 1 PG, unlimited tenants, a tenant self-service portal, maintenance ticket management, and 50 reminder credits. Pro costs ₹599 per month and supports up to 3 PG properties, unlimited tenants per PG, team access, advanced reports and analytics, and 70 reminder credits. Enterprise costs ₹999 per month and adds unlimited PGs, team access, advanced reports and analytics, and 100 reminder credits.
