Tenants can pay rent, sign leases, access renter profiles, and submit maintenance requests. Its free Unlimited plan supports unlimited units, making it a practical fit for landlords who want to manage rentals without starting with a subscription.
The pricing structure keeps core workflows available at no monthly cost per unit. Unlimited includes syndication to rental sites, applications and screening reports, leases with digital signing, online rent collection, and maintenance request tracking. Unlimited Plus costs $9 per unit per month and adds FastPay next-day deposits, waived ACH charges, custom application questions, customizable and reusable lease templates, and a branded property website.
