Our verdict on TrackHubs
TrackHubs connects quoting, sales orders, invoicing, payment tracking, commissions, and reporting for resellers, VARs, distributors, and government contractors. Small businesses can use it to move from catalog-based quotes through order and invoice workflows, with contract- and SIN-mapped catalog pricing for commercial and government buyers. Its AI Quote Assistant drafts quote line items from pasted requests or uploaded supplier documents; users review and price those items before use. The product is cloud-based and available on the web, with a seven-day free trial and no free plan.
The plans add capabilities in stages. Track Start costs $35 per month and includes quotes, sales orders, invoices, and the AI Quote Assistant. Track Flow is $99 per month and adds QuickBooks integration, catalog items, tracking data, configurable types and templates, and notifications. Track Control costs $250 per month and adds CRM, commission overview, reporting and exports, custom roles and permissions, and an audit trail.
