Our verdict on Todolu
Todolu is an Android task-management app for individuals organizing personal tasks and planning their day. Multiple task lists, due dates and reminders cover everyday task tracking, while a calendar view supports planning and rescheduling. Notes can sit alongside tasks, and focus sessions with time tracking add a way to structure work. The app also includes an analytics dashboard, themes and home-screen widgets. Its offline local storage makes it a fit for people who want to plan without relying on an account or a network connection.
Offline use is a meaningful part of Todolu’s design: lists, tasks and notes can be stored locally without an account. Users can optionally sign in for Google Drive sync and cloud push notifications. That creates a choice between a local-first workflow and syncing or receiving cloud notifications. The stated integration is Google Drive, and the available platform is Android, so it is suited to someone planning on an Android phone rather than someone seeking a multi-platform task system. Email is the listed support channel.
Todolu is described as freemium with free local use, but the published materials do not give plan prices; Google Play indicates in-app purchases without showing prices in the listing. Buyers should therefore assess it on the free local workflow and check current in-app options before relying on paid cloud features. Its documented reminder foundation is due dates and reminders, alongside calendar planning; people who need a wider set of reminder triggers may prefer an app that explicitly documents those capabilities. Choose Todolu for offline personal task planning with focus and note tools, not for cross-platform coordination or a clearly specified advanced reminder system.
