TNCTrack is a workforce management platform for gyms, fitness studios, CrossFit boxes, wellness brands, and other teams managing trainers and staff. Its fitness-focused workflows cover attendance, flexible shifts, leave requests, substitute planning, employee records, onboarding checklists, training and skills tracking, and workforce reports. It is most suitable for smaller gyms that need trainer attendance and scheduling alongside basic workforce administration.

The published plans show a free Team & Attendance tier with five seats and no monthly charge. Additional seats cost $5 per seat per month, while other modules are free for 30 days before module add-ons cost $10 per module per month. Available add-ons include Work & Projects, HR & Compliance, Finance, and Insights. The Enterprise plan includes all 15+ modules, unlimited team members and seats, a dedicated success manager, and custom pricing and contract terms. This pay-as-you-grow structure can suit a small team, but gyms with more than five staff should account for seat costs early.

Attendance is the clearest strength. Staff can punch in and out through the web, mobile, or NFC, with missed-punch and late alerts supporting day-to-day oversight. Flexible per-day shift times, multi-location and timezone support, leave workflows, and substitute planning extend the scheduling coverage beyond a basic time clock. Training and skills tracking may also help gyms organize staff capabilities. TNCTrack is a sensible fit for small, attendance-led operations and growing teams that value modular workforce features. Gyms needing a larger free allowance or a specifically documented shift-swap workflow should compare alternatives before choosing it.

TNCTrack pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Trainer attendance, shifts, leave, and substitute planning in one platform
    • Web, mobile, and NFC punch-in and punch-out options
    • Multi-location, timezone, skills, and workforce reporting support
  • Where it doesn't
    • The free plan covers only five seats
    • Extra seats and modules add recurring monthly costs
    • Substitute planning is documented instead of shift-swap workflows
