Thortspace is a 3D visual-thinking and mind-mapping application for brainstorming, project planning, research, education, problem solving, and presentations. Instead of placing ideas on a conventional flat canvas, it arranges connected “thorts” on spherical canvases. Users can link spheres into networks, create guided journeys through content, present maps, publish spheres and journeys on the web, and work across web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. Its audience is visual thinkers, educators, researchers, project planners, and teams that want maps to function as explorable spaces.

The freemium structure makes the product accessible. The Free plan supports capturing and organizing ideas, online or offline work, public-sphere publishing with advertising, and connected sphere networks. Content Reader costs $4.99 per month and provides access to paywalled spheres.
