Tessabyte is a client-server network performance testing tool for wired and wireless environments. It is designed for network engineers, IT teams, field technicians, and managed service providers that need to benchmark links, troubleshoot bottlenecks, validate upgrades, or assess network capacity. Tests can measure TCP and UDP throughput, packet loss, jitter, round-trip time, and QoS behavior between selected endpoints, with support for IPv4 and IPv6.
Pricing uses perpetual licenses rather than subscriptions. The Tessabyte Server component is free and can be installed on Windows, macOS, or Linux machines. The 1-user license costs $39 USD one-time, includes Windows and macOS client access, and covers one year of updates and technical support.
