TenantLedger is web-based property management software for landlords, property managers, HOAs, associations, and commercial property owners. It combines property, unit, lease, charge, payment, and owner-statement tracking with double-entry accounting. Tenants can use a browser-based portal to view balances and payment history, then pay rent by card or ACH through Stripe. The product also supports recurring rent charges, delinquency tracking, rent rolls, security-deposit tracking, maintenance work orders, and a website builder.
The published plan is priced at $20 per month for up to 10 units, with all features included. That package covers tenant online payments, owner portals and statements, and QuickBooks Online synchronization. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no permanent free plan.
